Great value, spacious rooms, excellent service and friendly staff throughout!! Very helpful reception staff. Great location for short transfer from airport Food very good and lots of choice especially for an all inclusive. Entertainment could do with a review and improvement Nice pool area and plenty of sun loungers / space. Would return and recommend

Just got back from a 4 night stay. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfy, clean and have what you need. The food was lovely (hot if you get there when it opens) paella every lunch and fresh prawns one evening. A different selection of meats each day. The vegetarian options were also very nice. The beer was good as was the sangria. The hotel was busy but still quiet enough to be able to easily get a sunbed. The entertainment was good and the staff were friendly. No complaints at all and would definitely return. As for the reviews regarding flies - yes there was flies (not swarms) but you cant help nature.

This is our second time at this hotel this year. The rooms are huge, the beds are very comfortable, it is clean and spacious. The cleaning is regular. The food is very tasty, you will not go hungry, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. Food for every taste. The animation is great. The animation team is great! I would especially like to mention Gabriella❤️❤️❤️, she is very cool, she loves children, people and her job, she is very cheerful and kind, she leaves no one without attention. The hotel staff is very polite, good people work here. Thank you all very much!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very hard working staff in restaurant. Housekeeping. Piano bar pool bar reception well done to you all. Always helpfool never seen any staff where ever we went doing nothing always busy pool staff done excellent keeping all areas clean and tidy. Food exceptional lots to choose from staff worked non stop cleaning tables ready for the next guests well done to the chefs in front of house and the chefs in the kitchens housekeeping staff you were brilliant reception staff thank you for all your help especially Maria who is a credit to front house staff incredible. Definitely coming back hopefully in November,

Very dated, Rooms smelt of damp upon entering. No idea where or how they work out the room cleaning/ maid rota… very poor and every other day ( if you’re lucky!) As usual at most AI resorts post Covid, Drinks are substandard and definitely watered down… and pushed towards AI Plus!? at 8euro extra per day… Sun beds are pretty decrepit, and quite honestly look dirty! Pool area is reasonable, just full of screaming kids…. with inflatables and balls (which aren’t allowed!) 🤔😂 Food is just acceptable, but very much a Canteen atmosphere…. be aware street parking is few and far between and hotel parking is €5.5 per night We were there 6 nights and dined out on 4 and went for breakfast on 3 as food is extremely mediocre! Would i return…. no, unfortunately… Like i said, post covid 19… I feel the vast majority of hotels etc. are over charging and charging for what was the normal…. but be fair €2.30 for a 500ml still water is extreme on A/I board when 40c next door in the shop! Best was in check out…. last night/ morn an alarm was sounding in reception for over an hour…. lots of people disturbed…. 4am to around 530ish….. Not even an apology or mention upon checkout by staff! Ps- you can always tell that a place is substandard when they DON’T ask about your stay on leaving… ( they don’t want to know!)
