Room was out of date. Needed an update and deep clean. Loose floor tiles, torn window curtains, windows wouldn't close properly, some windows screwed shut, rips in shower curtain. Bath and sink taps covered in timescale. Disgusting shower head. Bathroom smelt awful.
Woke up with a bed louse on pillow.
AVOID.

Whoever allocated a five star rating to this place needs to visit specsavers to obtain new glasses
Room we were allocated 101 was disgusting and even featured the lovely site of someone’s hairs dried onto the tiles above the bath and ac vents clogged up with so much dust. We had booked for two nights and when we reported to reception we had many issues with the room and were going to leave they simply replied oh ok thanks and took the cards.
Booked into place further down the bank which was beautiful.

How this hotel can say it’s a 5* is an utter disgrace, who is awarding the ratings, Stevie Wonder? It doesn’t even deserve 1* and not even sure it can be classified as a hotel. It’s disgusting. The attitude of the staff when we told them we were checking out straight away says it all, they just accepted the keys and said thanks. Obviously they are used to it.
Maybe it’s a good business model taking money, people don’t bother to stay and then they don’t need to hire cleaners as there definitely was no sign of them in the room we were given.
I wouldn’t even stay here if someone paid us.

This is our second time at this hotel this year. The rooms are huge, the beds are very comfortable, it is clean and spacious. The cleaning is regular. The food is very tasty, you will not go hungry, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. Food for every taste. The animation is great. The animation team is great! I would especially like to mention Gabriella❤️❤️❤️, she is very cool, she loves children, people and her job, she is very cheerful and kind, she leaves no one without attention. The hotel staff is very polite, good people work here. Thank you all very much!!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very hard working staff in restaurant. Housekeeping. Piano bar pool bar reception well done to you all. Always helpfool never seen any staff where ever we went doing nothing always busy pool staff done excellent keeping all areas clean and tidy. Food exceptional lots to choose from staff worked non stop cleaning tables ready for the next guests well done to the chefs in front of house and the chefs in the kitchens housekeeping staff you were brilliant reception staff thank you for all your help especially Maria who is a credit to front house staff incredible. Definitely coming back hopefully in November,
