We spent a few days at this hotel with our 7-month-old baby and had an amazing time! The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept wonderfully.
Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options and freshly prepared dishes, and dinner is just as good—everything was delicious!
The direct access to the beach is incredibly convenient, a real plus. If we had to point out a small detail, we would have preferred the pool water to be a bit warmer, but that’s just a personal preference.
If we come back to this area, this will definitely be our go-to place!

A wonderful hotel. Recently refurbished apparently and it has been done to an extremely high standard. The location is superb. Walk past the hotel's pool and out of the gate and you are on the promenade and the beach.
Turn left and within a 5 minutes walk are are several excellent, well priced restaurants. We only had bed and breakfast but the latter had a good selection of good quality products.
My one niggle was we had to queue to get a table 50% of the time. That is unacceptable. Also, the staff cleared our table on occasions before we had actually finished! Come on management - you only need to give guests a 'Not finished' card or something similar to put on the table to make staff aware. This did not detract from our stay however and I totally recommend this hotel to everyone. You will enjoy it.

Gorgeous hotel after the refurbishment. We stayed for 5 nights in the suite as we needed the extra space for our young baby. When we arrived after a long day of travel, the room was already set up with the cot and extra little things like a teddy for our baby. They also have a fantastic splash pool for the young kids and babies. Drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced and the food was nice too. The location will not be beaten. We changed our flights to stay an extra day but we had to move rooms as they were booked out of suites. The double room was also really nice but we were a little short for space but only because we had a child. If we travelled as a couple, the size was good. We will be back

We booked 4 nights bed and breakfast at the Mediterranean Palace in February half term because their sister hotel, Cleopatra Palace, was due to be closed this year for refurbishment. As we found out on arrival, they have decided not to close Cleopatra Palace after all but, with 4 of our group in their 20’s, Mediterranean Palace possibly suited us better anyway. There were 6 of us in 3 rooms - my husband and I, our adult children and their partners - and our rooms were on the second floor with pool view.
We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this beautiful hotel at all. The choice at breakfast was first class, we only had a short queue on one morning which didn’t bother us. Every single member of staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms are lovely and modern with great rainforest showers, the pool area is great and we had no problem getting 6 beds in the sun each day. The drinks prices in the pool bar were comparable with outside bars which was good. We ate out at Friends Restaurant, the Hard Rock Cafe, and 2 local pizza restaurants away from the main strip.
We would highly recommend this lovely hotel as it is in a perfect location right on the beach near shops and cafes and we all had an amazing 4 nights there.

Just spent a week here with my wife and 2 teenagers, absolutely loved the hotel. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help with everything, drinks and food all amazing and really well priced. Breakfast really busy but if you're there before 9 it's not an issue. The place was spotlessly clean, pool was a good size. Only one tiny gripe was no usb sockets in room, but we always travel with adapter so didn't affect us really. Would definitely return!
