We have had another great holiday at the Jardines de Nivaria, our second this year. Such a lovely chilled out week. We spent every morning on the beach. It’s so convenient to get there using the rear entrance from the hotel. Then back to the superb sun deck for a relaxing afternoon sunbathing and swimming in the fantastic pools. There is a choice of heated and unheated pools. Our favourite is the cooler pool with the huge waterfalls - so refreshing when it’s hot. The hotel always looks immaculate. The pools and absolutely spectacular tropical gardens are beautifully kept. There's something for everyone, shady sunbeds amongst the gardens or the sun terrace with great views of Fanabe beach. The hotel was, as usual, relaxing and luxurious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We opted for B&B. The breakfasts were fantastic with a wide range of cold and cooked options all served in a luxurious room with the option to eat al fresco. Having stayed in Tenerife at a number of hotels over the past 27 years, the Jardines de Nivaria is still by a long way our favourite. A perfect holiday. We have already booked our next holiday at the Jardines de Nivaria for 2025.

this is the second time in two years visiting the great team of Jardin De Nivaria hotel.
From check in to check out they have nothing but professional courtesy. When it comes to the bar staff, they might as well be family no matter who you are. You're always made feel welcome and comfortable.
Rooms are fantastic with nice touches like turn down service etc. My wife's second trip here for her birthday and the complimentary bottle of champagne just added to the experience.
If you are looking for an absolute experience and a place to call your home for the time you're in Adeje then look no further.
No doubt we will be back in the future.

I stayed at this hotel on a solo trip after a stressful period of work and actuarial exams. I booked through Jet2, on an their 'Indulgent Escapes', just wanting a short R&R for 5nights. Having previously stayed at the Colon Guanahani across the road with family, which I absolutely loved, I was looking forward to another enjoyable experience.
The hotel itself is great—clean, well-maintained, and the staff throughout are friendly and welcoming. The amenities in the room were a nice touch, including a fridge, coffee pod machine, and bottled water provided for free. I only booked bed and breakfast, and while I didn't have the chance to try the restaurant for dinner (I prefer exploring different places to eat on holiday), the breakfast was excellent.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the reception staff, who came across as a bit abrupt and less attentive compared to those at the Colon Guanahani (the staff there really went above and beyond to look after us). During my stay there, the checkout process was a breeze, with staff offering me a courtesy room to shower and change before my late flight, and a place to store my luggage so I could enjoy my last day. At this hotel, checkout felt rushed, and I had to ask about storing my luggage myself. The staff didn't appear to recognise or accommodate my late flight, which was a letdown.
Ultimately, I found it difficult to see what sets this hotel apart as a 5-star experience, especially given its similarities to the Colon Guanahani, from the rooms to the general atmosphere. Perhaps the difference lies in the food offerings, which I didn’t experience, but the overall stay didn't quite live up to expectations. Sadly, I don't see myself returning in the future and it's kind of soured my love for the other hotel - so will likely look elsewhere next time I visit.

Very clean, high standard of decor, enough sunbeds so no fighting, very good restaurant, lots of places to relax, great sea views and heated pool that was a good temperature for October.

What an incredible hotel and resort! Nestled on the picturesque promenade of Fanabe in Adeje, it boasts an ideal location. The hotel itself is simply stunning—clean, modern, and staffed by professionals who always greet you with a smile. It’s like an exclusive adults-only oasis, where you won’t find loud music, pool floats, or rowdy tourists. Mostly frequented by older residents, it truly feels like a tranquil escape. We’re definitely planning to return!
