We stayed here in June. The hotel looks amazing. We were all inclusive. No kettle in the room €2 a day for a very small kettle. We paid extra for that hotel because it was next to the beach. It is but it's full of rocks.
The food really was shocking. Never again.
They just want your money from the moment you walk in the door.

Stayed here quite a few times now and always a great holiday and hotel. The location is amazing, and the grounds are beautiful and spacious. My wife is vegetarian so was a bit difficult options wise at the buffet, there was a small vegan section but would be great for some of the meat based options to be a veggie option as well. But staff and service has always been great. If I was to ask one thing, it would be to change the beachfront entrance hotel sign to something more modern as it’s looking very rusty and tired and does not give off a 4* feel. Not too bad if that’s the only negative thing I can say. Looking forward to being back soon. Oh and my son says your foyer is the nicest one he’s ever seen. 👍👍

Beautiful hotel . Arrived and was greeted by a miserable receptionist, no welcome drink !! Not even water !!. We were only half board so everything is “extra”. Kettle €3 a day. Parking mobility scooter in garage €4 a day (although complained and got this refunded) . Drinks are great , food is never hot in the buffet restaurant unless you wait for it to be cooked in front of you . Largest pool is so cold noone goes in it. Bar by the pool lovely waiters made us feel very welcome and the food is better here . 1st time at this hotel and just expected more . I would recommend Cleopatra or Mediterranean Palace as better overall . Bar staff lovely and rooms lovely but a bit “out of the way “

Lovely relaxing trip really enjoyed my self. The hotel is large,grand and clean. The workers we interacted with were lovely! A special shout out to the ladies who got rid of a large roach that broke into our room lol. The room was nice but we were in a ground floor looking at a buah with a building site on the other side. This made the room quite dark but we didn't stay in for long.We went half board and was sadly surprised that this didn't include drinks after breakfast 😕. Strange ? Food was decent and changed daily I always found something tasty. I would return. The hotel has a lot to offer for all. But not the best if you have mobility issues there are lots of steps but overall a good hotel with lovely staff.
