Staff v friendly and efficient. Food good.

Communal areas good
Child pool shut this week and we weren’t notified no children this week with us but if we had we would have been very angry
Location nice and generally quiet although building works on west and noisy.

We stayed here in June. The hotel looks amazing. We were all inclusive. No kettle in the room €2 a day for a very small kettle. We paid extra for that hotel because it was next to the beach. It is but it's full of rocks.
The food really was shocking. Never again.
They just want your money from the moment you walk in the door.

Lovely relaxing trip really enjoyed my self. The hotel is large,grand and clean. The workers we interacted with were lovely! A special shout out to the ladies who got rid of a large roach that broke into our room lol. The room was nice but we were in a ground floor looking at a buah with a building site on the other side. This made the room quite dark but we didn't stay in for long.We went half board and was sadly surprised that this didn't include drinks after breakfast 😕. Strange ? Food was decent and changed daily I always found something tasty. I would return. The hotel has a lot to offer for all. But not the best if you have mobility issues there are lots of steps but overall a good hotel with lovely staff.

Beautiful hotel and location. Our room has been thoroughly cleaned throughout our stay, although point to note is that there have been no coffee facilities made available in our room, which isn’t a deal breaker but as an early riser would have been great. The hotel is kept immaculate at all times. The pools are all wonderful, especially the infinity pool which is a real gem. The reception staff have all been polite & very helpful, we have really enjoyed our stay.
The only reason I have marked as 4 stars is occasionally there is some miscommunication in the main restaurant & drinks orders can be a little slow occasionally which can be a challenge when my holiday companion is a very hungry/thirsty child.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday with our four month old daughter. The hotel, facilities and dining options are incredible, but what stands out most is the friendliness from the staff which makes you feel incredibly welcome. We had an absolutely amazing time and so did our baby.
