The best family friendly hotel in Penang. I absolutely love their Lagoon Deluxe room. We even got the same room number to create same memoirs here thanks to the reservation team for putting effort on this. They even gave us a cake and balloons to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was indeed a great experience. I love the experience here. The BOSE sound system was was cool. The pool accessibility was even greater. The music played inside the pool was indeed awesome and out of the world experience. It was accessible to the clean beach. A lot of activities here if you have kids.

We have just spent almost a week at the Hard Rock Hotel Penang. A family-friendly hotel with a large pool area and a rich, international breakfast. Outstanding service from check-in to check-out, lots of extra little ‘touches’ made it a special stay. We took the ‘Rock Royalty’ option - absolutely worth it, the lounge has amazing views and even better food! Swim-out/pool access room was perfect in the hot weather. Enjoyed a couples’ treatment at the spa - divine 💖 and experienced a delicious 3 course dinner in a private cabana. As music lovers we enjoyed the tunes too. Although we didn’t take children with us on this trip, it also looked very child-friendly (for both young children and teens). The only downside - the beach looks amazing but the jellyfish mean that you can’t swim in the water. That doesn’t detract from the hotel though, we would absolutely stay there again for a short getaway.

Really nice hotel with a great location and a nice view. Great and smiley staff, great service. The Downside is you can not swim in the ocean, too many jelly fish. Also down side is plastic sunbeds, very uncomfortable. Only the few that had mattresses were really good and comfy. Also alcohol is quite pricey at the hotel. By the name of the hotel, I did not expect that it would be too children friendly. A lot of kids were around and inside the pool, but it was still enjoyable when you were by the pool. I do recommend staying in this hotel

Loved the service here. The receptionists are kind, but the reception is quite hot since it's an outdoor kinda type. The pool, kids pool, sand pool are next to the receptionist and the same goes to the beach area. The room is nice with a musical ornament. The bathroom has a nice musical theme too. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner has a nice smell. Overall it's a nice hotel to stay in Batu Feringghi area.
