It is certainly a big business and occasionally a few things fall through the cracks. As a businessman I understand running a company of this size and staffing has many issues and staff training is paramount. Location is great and its a sunrise view hotel. There are bars and restaurants throughout and across the road from the hotel. Its central and so go for a walk and have a look. The rooms are spacious and have everything including a balcony. The beds are amazing with top covers that make for a very soft laying experience, amazingly big soft pillows too. There is parking available and room service. I had a steak to room service and it was very good. The M floor Executive floor has happy hour for several things like breakfast afternoon tea and limited cocktails later in the day. In the lobby there is breakfast buffet. This was good and many varied styles to choose from. Thai, USA, Chinese, breads pastries, drinks and loads of coffee styles. All round a good nice relaxing few days. Unfortunately as I was working for Thai888 Foundation I did not get a chance to enjoy any amenities, perhaps next time. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are spacious and neat, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. All the people around are super friendly and ready to help. Pool bar when you can order without leaving the pool is just what you need at the resort. Direct access to the Gulf of Thailand and plenty of cute little restaurants around. Paradise on earth!

I am a Marriott guy, but this time, I want to try a different brand in Hilton Hua Hin.
The external building looks old and dated. But, the inside is modern and renovated.
To me the location is probably the best if you're into quick access to bars, restaurants, or local shops. You are right in the center of all this entertainment. Plenty of seafood restaurants by the pier. You can just walk to most places.
The service is also good. It has lounge access, which Marriott hotels do not have. The staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. They are very accommodating with your needs.
Breakfast selection is not bad. Beach access is nice, with quick access to water sports, jetski, and banana boats right outside.

We glad we have chosen Hilton Hua Hin to celebrate our 20 years anniversary. Miss Aeh was extremely helpful with the preparation before we arrived and during our staying. The staffs were super friendly and provided great services. We’re thankful for their accommodations for the wonderful Thai tradition wedding. We have encountered the rain on our wedding day, they were much worried than us ❤️ and even Mr. GM came out to greet and comforted us and luckily the rain stopped for our ceremony to continue😍
The resort itself is beautiful, locating within 5-10 minutes walk to the market, local restaurants. The pool is big and has a water slide for the children. Their continental breakfast is great with local dishes and western foods.
We’ll definitely come back to Hua Hin and stay at Hilton again.

Great location in Hua Hin and reasonable value but still the hotel is a bit of a fading princess with old rooms and decor. Terrible old style TVs with poor reception, and old bathrooms and bath etc. Upstairs bar was Ok with a great view but have to fight off the filthy pigeons that don't stop bothering you. Awesome pool and outside bar area. Terrific service through out. Over all it still was a good experience and can't wait for the room renovations to be completed in a couple of years.
