We had a pleasant stay at the resort. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Sebastian Michea, Head of Operations, who took excellent care of us. Frustrated by our experience at Marriott, despite being Platinum Elite members, we decided to visit Hilton to see if we could continue our stay there instead. We were so pleased when Sebastian personally sat down with us, took the time to understand our needs, and promptly allocated a suitable room being Hilton Diamond member. He even escorted us to the room himself to ensure it met our preferences. We immediately booked our stay, and from that point on, our holiday significantly improved. The lounge service was excellent, with staff taking great care of my dietary requirements. The newly refurbished rooms offer great views and a spacious layout, though construction noise was a minor inconvenience. However, other aspects, such as the resort’s proximity to the beach, the clean and well-maintained pool, and overall service quality, enhanced our stay. Breakfast at the newly opened restaurant is a highlight, especially for those with special dietary needs. The hot noodle counter and elegant furnishings are a fantastic addition. Overall a highly recommended Hilton resort in Hua Hin.

Not the first time we stay here. It’s getting a bit of a tradition. This time we were in the brand new renovation suite. It was absolutely wonderful. Zero complaints or remarks. They were still busy in another part of the hotel with the last part of the total renovation of the hotel. But we hardly heard anything of the construction. The last part has been opened the first of April. The views are from our suite balcony.

A true 5 star resort in Thailand. Hilton, you rock!! This place was incredible, with so much to offer, including complimentary breakfast daily for gold members. And the buffet was amazing. I felt like royalty in this place. The rooftop bar , I would have evening coffee with great views. Nice gym, with a dry sauna, all complimentary. The customer service was exceptional. Let's just say, that when I return to Thailand, I have no reason to go back to Bangkok. I will go directly to Hua Hin. My balcony had a sofa and table with ocean view, and directly on the beach. Rooms were huge , and I must say, the best that I have seen in SE Asia. Great location for restaurants, massage, night market, all within walking distance. It was hard to leave this place after 5 days. The Hilton brand is consistent, and we'll worth paying the higher price. This will be my go to Hotel in Hua Hin, and I highly recommend it.

We had vacation here in March for 8 nights. This hotel really deserves 5 stars. We lived in executive room. But all rooms have sea view. High level of service in all aspects: check in/out, cleaning, food. Convenient beach access. Looks like management pays attention to staff’s trainings. Only one concern I would like to mention. I saw german speaking tourist has gave 100 THB to pool service employee when he has provided beach umbrella. I suppose such behavior (from guest side too) is not correct.

Beautiful place to stay in Hua Hin. They really do go the extra mile, my wife birthday and they made a Happy Birthday arrangement on the bed and a small chocolate birthday cake all included. Thank you very much for a fantastic weekend away stay. We will definitely be back 😀
