I stayed at the Hilton Hua Hin for 6 nights and got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The staff were super nice during the whole stay, especially Eyes from the Executive Lounge. It was very impressive how she always remembered the names and room numbers of most of the guests. The hotel is in a very nice location with lots of food and massage options close by. Only a small minus for my room: it was a bit worn down, so it was about to get an upgrade in furniture and the floor. Also, the tennis courts are a bit worn down already.

Great value and excellent service This hotel offers fantastic value for money with attentive service and a convenient location. The staff were wonderful, and overall I had a very positive stay. I would note that Hua Hin itself may not be the best destination for families with younger children, as the nightlife scene is very visible in the streets after dark.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Unforgettable Memories! Our family, with our 3- and 6-year-old kids, spent 5 nights at the Hilton Hua Hin, and it was truly a wonderful experience. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The highlight for our children was definitely the amazing swimming pools and the waterslide. With pools of various depths, both of our kids could play safely and have endless fun. They were so excited that they woke up at 6 a.m. every morning, begging to go to the pool right away! Because of that, we often ended up having breakfast early and spent the whole morning swimming and playing there. Although the kids’ club was a bit smaller than we expected, the fantastic pool area more than made up for it. Our kids also fell in love with the chocolate lattes served at breakfast and dinner. Even now, back in Korea, they keep asking for one just like it! We especially appreciated the evening cocktail lounge. It was wonderful that children were welcome to join us there for a nice meal. It’s quite rare to find a quality lounge that allows kids, and it made our evenings much more comfortable and enjoyable. (A light-hearted apology – our children got a little loud in their excitement, and we might have enjoyed the excellent wine and cocktails a bit too much ourselves 😅) All the staff members were incredibly kind, but we’d like to give special thanks to two people in particular: · Mr. B – He kindly helped us arrange a taxi to visit Kui Buri National Park, which made our trip so smooth and pleasant. · A young lady at the evening lounge – Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name. She wears glasses and ties her hair neatly. She always greeted everyone with a bright smile and kind tone Thank you to the entire Hilton Hua Hin team for helping our family create such beautiful and lasting memories. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a fantastic vacation!

Great resort with everything necessary for a great relaxing holiday. The sea view high floor rooms have an amazing view. Great restaurant with so many options your spoilt for choice. The staff go above and beyond. Exceptional service!

The Hilton Hua Hin is an excellent hotel/resort. The rooms are clean and modern in design. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. I think it is aimed at tourists with a bigger budget. The food and drinks are more expensive than local pricing in Thailand. However, if you feel the restaurants are beyond your budget, you are centrally situated and you can find plenty of local restaurants with a variety of cuisines to suit all budgets. We stayed on a promotion for two nights. It was a nice, but expensive treat. I would recommend.
