I had a nice seven-day stay here at the sand side. The room was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. They gave me plenty of water and some stuff in the mini fridge were free. the cleaning crew seemed busy and understaffed. The pool looked nice. It was great for most of the stay until some loud family came to stay and there was a lot of shouting. The breakfast daily was really great. A lot of variety of Thai and western food, including an egg bar and a noodle station. The spa prices were a little high for my taste, so I didn't try onsite services. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel but most rooms are not on the beach side but across a busy 4 lane road. It's only a short walk though and the staff and rooms were top class. The hotel manager was a star

The hotel is very nice. There are two parts, one of the resort in ine side of the road and the villas in the side of the beach. I was in the resort, the pool is very nice, the breackfast one of the best things. The staff is super nice but dont speak english so good. The hotel offer a shuttle to some points in the city at determinate hours.

Have a little incident with power electrics in my room was not working when Check-in, had to wait in the room with np popwer for them to fix it for 10mins+ Being a 5 stars hotel I though they would switch the room for me immediatly instead of wating it to be fixed, or at least take a guest to wait at a nicer environment then the broken service area. Location os good , room was nice , pool and sun bed area was great great value if you can grab a promotion price, the vibe was great, breakfast some how I wish they can do better. Over all its a 7.5/10 for me , might need to try it again , the not smooth checked-in did make me feel unjoyful for a first couple hours.

I spent quite a while researching hotels in Hua Hin and I’m so glad I chose Putahracsa. Firstly the hotel is just lovely, beautiful rooms and gardens, 2 pools near my room both perfect. But the service is outstanding. I was having issues with my card not working, the staff drove me to the bank to get help and kept trying to find ways to help me, every interaction I have had with a staff member so far has been nothing but impeccable service. Highly recommend!!!
