A beautiful resort, but not everything was perfect. I stayed in room 412 which is a top floor jacuzzi suite - it's actually a beautiful room with a nice private outdoor seating area. This particular room is quite close to Naebkehardt Road, and the traffic was quite bad at times. I was particularly bothered by all the very loud motorcycles passing by in the night, especially on weekends, so I did not sleep very well. Hence the low rating - it simply was not worth the rather high price I paid.
Breakfast in the restaurant on the seaside was a fabulous experience, although I don't understand why they have to play music at 7AM in the morning when the gentle waves and the breeze from the ocean is the perfect soundtrack.
The gym is very very small and has a very limited set of equipment.
The staff is very friendly and professional.

Avoid at All Costs – Misleading, Dangerous, and Overpriced
We booked this hotel expecting a luxurious beach resort, but what we experienced was a health and safety nightmare. My wife and I were traveling with our 6-month-old baby, and this place failed to meet even the most basic expectations, let alone justify the £1,000 we spent for 6 nights.
Key Issues:
1. Dangerous and Poorly Maintained Facilities
• The journey to our room involved multiple hazardous steps with poor lighting, making it unsafe to navigate, especially at night.
• The room itself was outdated, with steps both inside the room and in the bathroom, creating constant safety hazards.
• The bathroom was infested with ants.
2. Far from a Beach Resort
• To access the so-called “beach,” you must cross a busy road—not ideal when traveling with a baby.
• Once there, you’ll find there’s no actual beach, as the water comes right up to the front of the hotel. Additionally, the path to the water is full of gravel and steps, making it impossible to use a pram.
3. Subpar Amenities
• The TV was small, poorly positioned, and only had one channel.
• The bed had no power sockets on one side, making charging devices and controlling lights unnecessarily difficult.
4. Awful Customer Service
• We requested a refund immediately upon arrival, as the experience was so far removed from what was advertised. However, reception staff claimed they couldn’t help because reservations was “closed.”
• After hours of arguments with both the hotel and Hotels.com, we were told management refused to refund even our remaining 5 nights, citing their “non-refundable” policy.
5. Disruptive Environment
• The pool area was far from relaxing, with workers using noisy power tools to build cabanas right in the middle of the space.
Summary:
This is not a 5-star resort by any stretch of the imagination. The facilities are unsafe, the service is atrocious, and the hotel is completely misrepresented online. There are far better options in Thailand for half the price.
Do yourself a favour: stay elsewhere.

First of all, overall exaggeratedly overrated in consideration of the realities of this hotel.
Old and messy. Lots of mosquitoes all day
The rooms we stayed are separated by a public car 2 lanes road in between two parts of the hotel. Unluckily our rooms are in far side from the beach. That means your kids have to be taken to the beach by parents every times.
Room is relatively smaller and conditions are very not only old but also not convenient. We found alive long toxic insect centipede at the room. Concerned as to kids safety. Amenities provided are also very less.
The window of room does not have any privacy curtain so that everybody sitting lying beds on opposite able to see through clearly. Annoying. We did not wanna see old men’s naked legs and butts from the windows all day. :( No privacy at all. Perhaps ok to some Europeans who do not care to reveal their naked body in public but we are not that far.
Too small space to have only two mid size carriers.
Room has a middle door between rooms. Noises from neighbor not sealed at all.
No sauna after swimming. You should pay for it at A spa in the hotel if you wanna for this fundamental thing.
Staffs are not friendly and not helpful.
Not worth choosing this with over 12000THB room rate.

I feel regret my decision, the price is not worth the room like 9,000 THB per room for the sea side however the view still not worth it. The location is close to the sea but the wind and facilities look old. The cleanliness is good. I think the overall design is old and very small resort. The price is too high

We had a wonderful week at Putahracsa Hua Hin with my family. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful, and everything ran perfectly.
The hotel is ideal for relaxing by the pools and exploring the city. While the hotel’s beach is not very large, it still offers the option to swim in the sea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday!
