Worst hotel I’ve stayed in! My engagement ring went missing I had to travel home without it I called the hotel so many times to get my ring back was shouted at from staff & treated terribly they told me to stop calling my ring wasn’t in the hotel they had looked for it & checked with house keeping no one had found it. I asked if they had searched the staff I was told the staff are very trustworthy and nothing like this would ever happen in this hotel but there are many other reviews from guests saying staff had stolen from them. I asked them to call the police they refused. Then I posted my experience all over social media other guests commented they had experienced this at this hotel & others who were due to visit commented that they were changing there hotel. Then I get a email to say my ring had been found 4 days after I reported it missing. so I called the hotel to arrange collection of my ring I was told to remove all my posts & reviews then the ring could be collected and that the ring won’t be handed over until I do so. I’m still waiting on them giving me my ring back. As for the stay at the hotel it was average definitely not a 4* I would rate it a 2-3* only one person on reception took over an hour to be checked in. Hotel is very loud not great for young kids my son couldn’t sleep most nights because of the noise and this made him very grumpy the whole holiday. The lifts were constantly being serviced or kids were playing in them holding them on other levels so we had to take the stairs up to the 8th floor not great when you have young kids & are pregnant! Breakfast the pancakes were stale flys on fruit staff rushing you out cleaning away your food when you’re still eating we didn’t eat lunch or dinner as we didn’t like the look of the food. Cleaners just came in without knocking while we were undressing. Room wasn’t cleaned properly we asked for clean sheets they didn’t change them had to keep asking for clean towels. Couldn’t get a bed at the kids pool guests are up before the suns up putting towels down the kids pool didn’t look very clean on the last day a child pooed in the pool they closed the pool while they quickly scooped it out then opened it back up you could still see bits floating in the pool glad we didn’t use the pools! Staff are miserable they have no manners and have no sense of humour 🤦🏼♀️

The hotel is fantastic, the food is very good and good quality. The only thing that I can say that let's the hotel down is some of it's holiday makers staying here, the food waste from the pool area takeaway is vast. There was full pints of beer, soft drinks and full cartons of chips, pizza, chicken nuggets and burgers just left on sunbeds and on the floor. All inclusive idiots thinking it's ok I've paid for it. Everything about the hotel is fantastic but some of the people staying here are just awful. I

Hotel is amazing and the events that happens in the pools are fun. Some arcade machines won't let you get the tickets but reception will give you your money back. Rooms are lovely and spotless, cleaners are around all day long and are very friendly. Been here 2 years in a row now and it has been fantastic. I love that since this summer there is the euros on they have a big screen down beside the dining hall where you can watch it. Honestly best hotel I have been to yet and deserves 5 stars.

Excellent facilities and staff in this hotel. We stayed with two adults and two children aged 17 and 12, both loved the slides
Brilliant for both children and adults.
I would definitely recommend booking through the hotel. I will be back again.

Stayed here recently and to be honest I was not impressed. Only one person dealing with check in resulting in a 40 minute wait to be allocated a room.
No bottles of water in the room - that’s extra
If you want to use the safe in the room - that’s extra.
If you want to use to adults only rooftop bar that’s advertised in the tui brochure - guess what…. That’s extra too!!
If you aren’t on an all inclusive package (we were half board) then drinks are very expensive - 16 euro for 2 vodka and Diet Coke so the easier option you would think is to buy a bottle at a local supermarket and have a few drinks in the room however one day the bar staff happily gave me glasses but the next day I was told this wasn’t allowed.
On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel isn’t in the worst location and is fairly modern inside but I definitely won’t be returning.
