  • Option of an a la carte dinner at Specchio Magico and another at the Sakura Teppanyaki (minimum stay of 7 nights, booking required, subject to availability)

An absolute amazing hotel, my sons first time abroad in his wheelchair, hotel so accessible and staff really attentive. A night in the Italian restaurant was included with our all inclusive and food was amazing, cocktails including in all inclusive too. We had a little issue with my sons shower chair but within a couple of hours one of the receptionist helped us out and had the correct shower chair delivered 😃 the location was perfect for access to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel, all staff really friendly and accommodating 😃

From the minute my wife and I arrived it was just perfect. The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly. The food was good and there was always a good selection. We spent most of the time in and around the hotel as the pool area was very spacious with plenty of sunbeds to go around. The pool activities were excellent as were the entertainment staff with a special mention for Xavier and Laura. We really enjoyed our stay as it was both relaxing and activity full (if you wanted to join in the activities).

What a wonderful hotel, staff on every level were exceptional. Food was excellent, only used buffet restaurant as was so good. Family of 5, got rooms next to each other, paid for sea view, our room did not get sun but did not spoil our holiday. Very clean and exceptional house keeping. Booked A/I only 2 of us had some alcohol. Worth every penny. Only fault we only stayed 7 nights. Will definitely return. This hotel is a must. Just some ignorant guests who put towels on beds.

The hotel pool and food are good, but it is very noisy and don't expect to sleep until at least 2am. Our room is in the first floor, right above the pub with live music until late every night, it feels like your bed is right in the middle of the party. If anyone is given the room 154 I would advise to refuse staying in this room to avoid future disappointment.

Stayed here multiple times as a child and always remember what a lovely hotel it was so thought I would bring my partner. Just as I remembered an amazing hotel! Damion on the front desk went above and beyond for us, what a lovely man. The food was amazing each night and the breakfast was lovely. Great location and lovely rooms! will definitely be back next year!
