I’ve been recently to this hotel with my 4 years little girl.Very disappointed
When we arrived our room was not ready and not to much information been offered,not even where our room been located.The floor in our bedroom was not cleaned properly (hair and small pieces of paper on the floor).
But very disappointed was the staff.
Reception team very rude apart of Antonella, they are answering to the questions in an unprofessional way, expecting you to know the answers already.
Bar and restaurant team treated us like we are drinking and eating for free not paying a lots of money for a hotel which is not worth it.
Even if we’ve been all inclusive at lunch and dinner with received just one drink ( and if you wanted more the staff was pretending that they are not seeing us)
The only helpful and friendly person was Natasha from pool bar.
The last day been the cherry on the top.I asked reception for a late checkout (i was more than happy to pay for this) and they said to me that are full booked but when I checked to website I can see that they still have availability. They offered us a shower room which even was not ready in time plus hot water was not working on shower and I needed to take a cold shower and I washed my daughter by the sink.
I asked if we can go for lunch and they said no.I’ve been to many hotels before but always they left us for lunch if we have a late flight.
And after they pass me from restaurant to reception and after go back just to pay for our lunch.
The only good thing it’s the location of the hotel.

Had a lovely experience here. Entertainment staff Laura was lovely with our little girl encouraging her to dance when she was shy. All in all 10/10 only issue is air con isn’t very good in the rooms.

In a very noisy area. If you are on the wrong side of the hotel, you get late night/ early morning noise.
Also, you get drowned by the smells from an adjacent Indian restaurant. Not what you on your balcony in the morning.
Plus, the night staff smoked on the fire escape next to our balcony.
The junior suite we had was cramped. There is no storage space of any use for more than 3 days.
The breakfast and dinner were like a scrum. The evening food was bad. Eat out.
I will never stay in an H10 in Tenerife again.
Other hotels are much better.
This is a cashless hotel. So the staff are overworked and miserable. And have no incentive. We felt very sorry for them.
Reception greeting is dreadful.
Mainly because they are understaffed. But to be told, " you were obviously not listening, the first time I told you..." is unacceptable.
Enough said.

This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel and 1st time going all inclusive.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly.
There is a good selection of food and something for everyone.
We spent most of the time around the hotel as the pool area was very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. There are two pools with one heated in winter. The activities were excellent and so were the staff with a special mention to Javier, he got everyone involved and took part in the daily water volleyball matches.
We really enjoyed our stay as it was both relaxing and full of activities.
I would recommend this hotel, as we will be back.

From the minute my wife and I arrived it was just perfect.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly. The food was good and there was always a good selection.
We spent most of the time in and around the hotel as the pool area was very spacious with plenty of sunbeds to go around. The pool activities were excellent as were the entertainment staff with a special mention for Xavier and Laura.
We really enjoyed our stay as it was both relaxing and activity full (if you wanted to join in the activities).
