A great holiday from start to finish. The reception staff were so pleasant and helpful, likewise all staff we encountered during our stay.
We were B&B only and could always get seated with plentiful and an extensive range of food. The hot items were not that hot but there was a microwave if needed and the omelette freshly made were great and piping hot.
I’ve seen reviews saying that the rooms are dated but I didn’t think so as it’s not advertising itself as a boutique hotel.
Everywhere is spotlessly clean also.
We will for certain return next year if it’s not closed for refurb as we did hear during our stay that, that was going to happen.

Good hotel- spacious rooms and plenty of sunbirds around lovely pool! Food pretty standard for all inclusive— great salad selection and always something vegetarian that I can eat. Fabulous location and great service in bar and restaurant. Day time entertainment good - live music in evening also greatly.

First time when we were staying in this hotel and everything was perfect. Food was delicious every single day. All staff always very kind and helpful.
The animation team was great. A lot of activities. Nicole was fabulous, the best aquagym. We had such a good time. Thank you!!

Had an excellent stay here. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent, friendly and efficient. Restaurant is very good, food is good quality and plenty of choice. My only criticism is that the food and plates could be a little warmer. The pool areas are very good. Plenty of sunbeds and space. The rooftop terrace is also good with sunbeds and space again with a bar, toilets, and two small pools. There is also a naturist area at one end, cordoned off so no-one gets embarrassed, which is not massive but has plenty of space and sunbeds. The large hall and outdoor patio bar gives excellent service and the evening entertainment is generally decent quality. The pool bar is also a good sized area, with a stage for entertainment in the evening.

Good size rooms and clean. Very nice pool areas including some that are child free. It is also located near one of the better beaches in the area, a number of super markets, the boardwalk and some highly rated restaurants. There is also two main bus stops nearby.
However depending on where your room is located, there is a good chance you will hear the entertainment going on at the hotel when you are trying to sleep. They also don’t offer a full breakfast until 7:30am which with many of the tours having a pick up time between 7am and 8am, means you have to request “early breakfast” with just simple coffees, cereals, pastries and cold cuts.
