First time when we were staying in this hotel and everything was perfect. Food was delicious every single day. All staff always very kind and helpful. The animation team was great. A lot of activities. Nicole was fabulous, the best aquagym. We had such a good time. Thank you!!

Good size rooms and clean. Very nice pool areas including some that are child free. It is also located near one of the better beaches in the area, a number of super markets, the boardwalk and some highly rated restaurants. There is also two main bus stops nearby. However depending on where your room is located, there is a good chance you will hear the entertainment going on at the hotel when you are trying to sleep. They also don’t offer a full breakfast until 7:30am which with many of the tours having a pick up time between 7am and 8am, means you have to request “early breakfast” with just simple coffees, cereals, pastries and cold cuts.

Great location. Close to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel staff very nice and friendly. Only reason I gave 3 stars it's because the rooms are very dated. No kettle in the room. I had to ask for one from reception in exchange for a deposit. Which I found odd: I mean what's happening? Do people steal the kettles?! Otherwise, all ok.

Had an excellent stay here. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent, friendly and efficient. Restaurant is very good, food is good quality and plenty of choice. My only criticism is that the food and plates could be a little warmer. The pool areas are very good. Plenty of sunbeds and space. The rooftop terrace is also good with sunbeds and space again with a bar, toilets, and two small pools. There is also a naturist area at one end, cordoned off so no-one gets embarrassed, which is not massive but has plenty of space and sunbeds. The large hall and outdoor patio bar gives excellent service and the evening entertainment is generally decent quality. The pool bar is also a good sized area, with a stage for entertainment in the evening.

Coffee for breakfast is really bad. Can't get how it is possible in a 4* hotel. Very disappointed. Interesting, Mr. Ken Kochenour drink this coffee too? Food quality is also very low, but we could always find something to eat because of the variety. The coffee was really very disappointing. We ended up going daily to a café outside to drink and enjoy a normal coffee. Some nice moments: Our room was absolutely nice, always clean, and well-maintained in general. All the people working in the hotel, with whom we had the luck to communicate or get any impression of, were absolutely kind, friendly, professional, and very helpful, answering exactly what we needed or asked for. Starting from the reception to room cleaning services, the restaurant, etc. — a fantastic team! Really appreciate it! We had a little but very nice view from the balcony to the sea over the swimming pool and enjoyed the sunset before going to dinner. Luckily, we didn’t have hotel dinner included. Every evening, we enjoyed fish and seafood at different local restaurants. Thank you.
