Exceptionally clean hotel throughout. Lovely friendly staff - didn't meet 1 unhappy staff member during our weeks stay. Every meal was delicious with fresh eggs and pancakes every morning and lunch/dinner had a cooking station with fresh pasta, meat/fish. Rooms are of a generous size, mattresses are of a memory foam type, which aren't for me, but hubby slept very soundly!! Fresh towels on request and deposit at check in for pool towels. Beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, tea, coffee and soft drinks on All Inclusive. Only things letting this hotel down are the pool temperature - states heated but was definitely not, and the location - 3/4 way up a steep hill and a good walk to shops, although there's a free bus at certain times, or if you go out reception, turn left and left again at the end of the hotel, there's a path which zig zags down to the beach/walk to town. Would definitely recommend those hotel and would certainly go back.

We liked everything about this hotel. The location is next to the best beach in the region. I would like to thank your entire team. The rooms were cleaned every day, the cleaning ladies were friendly. The rooms are large and have everything what we need. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. The waiters were polite, they kept the restaurant tidy. The evening program was interesting, we really enjoyed the live music evenings. Special thanks to everyone who organized the Christmas party, it was very cool, we were greeted with champagne and snacks. Beautiful holiday decor and many different holiday dishes and music in the restaurant. Thanks to the whole team, these were 11 wonderful days in your hotel.

I don't do holidays but needed a break due to health. So chose a hotel that was adults only and not in the centre of the town so it would be quiet. Turned out we found a gem. The hotel looks beautiful Sat facing the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. Clean and spacious inside. The staff inside are so polite and friendly. We went in November the weather being still warm but we hoped also the town would be quiet. Which it was. The hotel pool was always quiet so became my place to sit undisturbed a lovely bar to get a drink and snack when we wanted. Though we would often go to the restaurant as there was always a lovely choice. The hotel made my holiday and proved to be the perfect place for us to unwind. Thank you to all there. Hope to return soon.

Uncomfortable Experience at Reception I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, my experience at the front desk left a bad impression. When I asked the male receptionist for directions to the parking area (which was included in our booking), he was noticeably cold and dismissive. Instead of simply helping, he made a point of ridiculing me together with his other male colleague for not using my phone instead, which felt unnecessary and rude. What made it worse was seeing how friendly and accommodating he was to other guests. It was hard not to feel like I was being treated differently as an Asian woman. I can’t say for certain what his intentions were, but the difference in how I was spoken to compared to others was upsetting and made me feel unwelcome. I really hope the hotel takes this kind of feedback seriously. A little kindness and respect go a long way, and no guest should feel uncomfortable simply for asking a question. I’d love to see better training in place to ensure every guest is treated with the same level of courtesy.

If you look up the hotel on a popular search engine, you’ll see derogatory comments regarding the breakfast. IGNORE THEM. The breakfast provision is absolutely outstanding. Loved the hotel. Yes, the pool is oddly located, at the lower end of the hotel, but that means that it’s a long way from most of the rooms. This is a good thing. Nice pool, great little bar and kitchen there too. Staff lovely and v helpful. Room cleaning is great, occasional forgetfulness re: teabags/coffee pods notwithstanding. Room layouts are great, too, with separate sections. WiFi can be a little unreliable, but any complaints are minor. Oh, and did I mention the breakfasts are outstanding?
