I stayed at this hotel for 5 days as part of a holiday package through LoveHolidays. This is my first time in Tenerife and i can say, this hotel is very friendly to tourists. The Hotel is huge with lots of services. I purchased all inclusive as part of my package deal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in a buffet style so you will never go hungry. Some drinks are not part of the inclusive deal but still reasonably priced. There is a pool and lots of sunbeds. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is a gym but you will need to put down a 10 Euro deposit to access this -- which is reasonable. Darts and dancing is available in sessions by the pool. There is also a bar which offers snacks and drinks if you are all inclusive too. The staff are very friendly in nature and do not hesitate to help you if you need it. As an English Tourist, i felt very welcomed. This hotel is mainly focused on a couples getaway. I do recommend this hotel for couples. Sometimes, there are music events which take place by the pool and lobby area.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, special shoutout to the entertainment crew and the bartender Ramerandt, I recommend his signature cocktail which was delicious. Great entertainment in the evenings and table service most nights. Rooms have been decorated really well and are very clean. There is a good selection of food and they have themed nights which is fun. The only let down is the location, not much to do nearby, the beach is closed due to contamination and there isn’t anywhere to go locally for drinks outside of the hotel. Travelling for excursions took 2+ hours to get to the south side for Siam Park and dolphin watching. If this hotel and all staff were in the South it would be exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful holiday experience!

We had a nice 7 night half board stay here. Great hotel(some places are a little tired) and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. We had a sea room suite which was very comfortable and larger than we thought. The huge bed was very comfy. We thought the food might be a bit samey but it had lots of variety and they do a great deal(€3) on a cocktail as you go in. That’s a nice touch we enjoyed most evenings. The restaurant has different areas to sit in so you can mix it up. The hotel isn’t on the beach front but it’s not a long walk if you wanted to go to the beach but it is uphill on the way back! We ventured into town most days too. There are lovely old town/back streets to explore and grab a coffee. Definitely a taxi back though which was never more than €5. Finally, nothing to do about the hotel but a word about the weather. The south of the island gets better weather. I think the north , being a tad closer to Teide attracts the clouds.

Stayed here for a 1 week holiday in Tenerife. On paper a very nice looking and sounding hotel. Both me and my partner were very disappointed with the stay. Pros: - The rooms look nice, big/spacious and stylish. - Reception staff and maids friendly and polite - Excellent views (we had top floor ‘Mountain View’) - Good ‘out of the way’ location, with free shuttle bus to the town. (Shame about the road noise). - buffet breakfast and dinner food had nice flavours and variety. - Live music in the evening was good (shame it was so hot inside the reception/fuction area) - Room has 2 areas, bedroom and living space, with 2 Modern smart TVs, desk and sofa. Cons: - Had a raw sewage odour coming from bathroom for the whole week. (I see from other reviews a few people have the same issue). - Bathroom door couldn't close from having so much previous water damage to both the door and door frame. - The beds are rock hard and are 2 singles pushed together, and due to the tiled floor just spread open during the night). - Air-con leaking/leaked on to bathroom ceiling. - Room air-con only lets you turn the temperature down to 22 degrees minimum, so the rooms are way too warm. - Windows/patio doors glass are very thin and old, so the busy road next to the hotel is very noisey most the day and night with buses/coaches/mopeds/cars going up the steep hill. - The whole hotel doesn’t seem to use air-con in the communal areas, so it’s hotter in the hotel than it is outside, one day it was 27 degrees inside the dining area. - The shower is nice, big and clean but doesn’t get very warm. - Make sure you know what is included in the package you go for, one time I was shouted at by a waiter for getting an orange juice, which is fine at breakfast, but not dinner (apparently), eventhough we had both breakfast and dinner ‘included’ in our package. - The hotel is an odd layout and needs more signs to navigate the different levels. Needs a map in the reception. - More details on the things the hotel has to offer would have been good to have from the start. - Bathroom mirror fell off the wall. - the whole hotel doesn’t really have anything special about it, it’s just ‘fine’, some entertainment at night, for a couple of hours, 1 pool table and 1 table tennis table for the whole hotel. Sauna and gym are too pricey and small. Overall it was an okay stay, but wouldn’t go back. I don’t think it’s a 4 start hotel experience, more like a 3 (MAX!)

I would like to leave this review for the hotel to learn and improve from. This was my first time in Tenerife, and I booked a 4-star all-inclusive deal that fit my schedule and flights. Upon arrival, my first impressions were good. The rooms were great, and the front desk staff were helpful, though they could improve with a bit more friendliness and customer service. The location is average, depending on what you're looking for. If you want to relax and enjoy all three meals provided, it’s suitable. However, if you want to explore, be aware that the area is hilly. Going downhill is fine, but climbing back up can be a challenge. There is a free hotel bus service to the town center that runs on a timetable. Regarding the food, I believe there is room for improvement for a 4-star hotel. Housekeeping does not come every day to tidy up the room. The pool area is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the customer service in the restaurant. While some staff were great and provided good service with a smile, others lacked in this area. There is a chef at the grill who prepares burgers, meat, omelets, etc., but one tall lady chef, in particular, was not up to par. She was unapproachable and lacked customer friendliness. In my opinion, she should work in the kitchen rather than in front of customers. Additionally, the TV entertainment in the room was poor. I could not find any English channels. For a 4-star hotel, they should cater to all guests by providing at least one English news channel and one English movie channel. Overall, this hotel is okay for a short break, but with better attention to customer service, it could be much more appealing to holidaymakers. Would I return to this hotel? No, but I wouldn't say it's a bad hotel; it just needs improvement in the areas I mentioned.
