Rooms were clean and had all of the essential amenities you need, like towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc. cleaners were also very nice. The people who worked on reception were very happy to help and were good with helping us book airport transfers and good with our check in, as well as sorting late check out. Roof top Pool could do with a little refurbishing as it was a little outdated and some tiles were missing in it but was over all okay. Location was absolutely amazing, we were right in the middle of everything we needed, restaurants all around us, a short walk to the Veronica’s strip, very close to the beach and around a 25 minute walk to Siam park, bus stops straight outside and only around 15 minute taxi to the airport. I would definitely stay again, was really good for the price we paid as it was not on the expensive side at all

We stayed there for 10 nights and it was better than we expected. The room was large and had blackout curtains which was great. We had a problem with the ac because it wouldn’t work but when i told staff they sent a technician right away! Location is very good and the rooftop area is great. The only thing i could really complain about is that the room was not the cleanest I’ve been in, the floors and walls were quite dirty but overall we had a good stay!

Spent there one week on vacations. In one week they have changed the towels twice, didn’t clean the room or bathroom even a single time and took out trash three times. In hotel it self there is completely nothing. It can have maximum a 2 stars and there is no way it can have 4 stars. Not suggesting it completely to nobody.

Stayed 2 nights as part of tour of islands. Very quiet hotel away from the busy tourist area at top of main street that lead down to the beach. Appears to be more a business hotel and a lot of sports training students from the college across the road. Buffet style breakfast with lots of options. 15 euros for large buffet style evening meal which was great value. Hotel is a little dated, could do with some new towels and a little care to bathroom fittings but on the whole we had a lovely stay and would return. Beach is around 5mins walk and plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

this is NOT a 4 star hotel. I'd even go so far to say 3 stars is stretching it. -EXTREMELY worn rooms. -Dirty towels with black spots on -Walls had few stains -Floors was cracked multiple places and was unstable. -Grouts all over the bathroom was dirty
