The place was great! I was slightly apprehensive because of the reviews posted but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the rooms probably could do with an update but they were clean and comfortable and functional. The food was great, can get repetitive but it’s all inclusive and it was all very nice and edible and a good range of things too! The service was great apart from our first lunch service where we’d just arrived after 6 hours of travel and sat down in the dining room just wanting a water and a waiter came over to us and rudely told us to move and grunted at us as a way of asking if we wanted a drink. We asked for some water which he bought over and slammed down on the table. Not sure what caused this? And put us off especially as this was our first meal time, but! didn’t happen again and the service was amazing for the rest of the time we were there. We managed to get sun beds every day and the pool was great. The entertainment was good too lots of variety. Would highly recommend the George Michael tribute act and the singer on the Sunday who i think is called Daniela she was amazing! Great stay and a great place with a great location! Close to the beach and lots of shops and only 5 minutes in a cab to the old town.

A great budget hotel with everything you need either you're a solo traveller or with a group. Has a very nice outdoor pool, restaurant food is great (while somewhat repetitive), and the late night shows are nice to watch. Staff are kind and helpful, and rooms are basic but comfortable with air conditioning. My room wasn't serviced the last couple of days but this was my own fault as I had slept in very late and forgot to put the "do not disturb" thing on my door. Even if you don't know much Spanish but enough for numbers, courtesy and some basic questions, most staff know a little English and this wasn't at all a problem during my stay as a solo traveller. It seems like a budget hotel so don't expect 5* amenities everywhere but for what I paid, was a great hotel and have no real complaints. I was staying alone during my 25th birthday and was very surprised to see a cake appear in my room shortly after coming back from breakfast - it was very lovely. In a very nice peaceful corner of the island and definitely going again next year in February.

Where do I start... Will I go back - Never. Half board - breakfast underwhelming, poor food, allowed coffee and orange squash for drinks. Evening meal - underwhelming, no drinks allowed unless purchased from them. So no drink, including water, with the evening meal. Lots of people eating in the restaurant poorly on the friday of our week. Including myself. At least one woman ended up in hospital with it, that we know of. Rooms - old, ran down, a/c not working despite them 'fixing' it. Lack of upkeep and maintenance. Cockroaches kept appearing all over the hotel, including regularly in the bathroom of our room. Staff not interested with problems, felt like nobody cared at all. Misleading to book and expect 4 star. I would say 2 star is more appropriate. Also, we had a hire car, asked the hotel about parking and was advised of where to park. Parked there. Car towed. Hotel said they didn't know who had taken it. Except they did know, and it seemed like a dodgy set up with a tow company and local police. As 2 other vehicles (not hire cars) were still parked there. Also at the towing place, there was another brit, with a hire car, that had also been towed. Surprise surprise. Had a great experience in tenerife south on a previous holiday. And also majorca. For comparison. So that caused stress, and €134 for the car back.

Says it's a 4 star but barely a 2 star hotel, The staff are friendly, but won't go out of the way to make the stay that little bit better, The hotel is dated and is in dire need of a face lift. Let's look at what you actually get, You get a room, but no double bed, that be 2 singles pushed together, so no midnight nookie for you (you end up on the floor) You get a bathroom, with no lock on the door, You get a balcony, with a non working lock, You get the cheapest wooden floor which has worn through and is bowed. You will get a bad nights sleep mostly from the elevators making so much noise, and if you have a sea view room the night club will ensure you can party in bed until 5am (Fridays and Saturdays especially) You will find yourself stuck on a random floor when the lift decides to take a siesta, You will have, cold food on the hot servery in the restaurant, (and a high chance of winning the food poisoning lottery) To the four star rating above the doors are not actually stars, they are asterisks masking a certain four letter word

Hotel was nice. Staff were lovely. A big hotel but only one pool which wasn't huge and not enough sun loungers for the amount of people. Evening entertainment was ok but didn't start until 9pm or 9.30pm Overall it was nice. I had a good holiday and met some nice people.
