So the hotel has its faults, which the management is partially seeing to, but, in my experience, it is far from being a 4* hotel. The entertainment starts far too late. The meal service options are somewhat limited, and most restaurant staff lack any positive spirit. In most cases, I've half finished my main without any drink provision, and they never follow up with another drink if you've finished one. The room was adequate, the laminate was dated, and gaps in the joinery were evident in 50% of it. Housekeeping did an excellent job of making up the room, restocking the bathroom, and providing fresh towels. The one thing lacking was a desk and chair, but the balcony table and chairs did the job.. just. Also, 1 of the 3 lifts was out of service, for a hotel with floors into the teens, and also affected my satisfaction. The general layout of the hotel was quite peculiar. It is a solid 3/5* in my opinion in its current state, once the quality of these areas had improved it would be able to achieve a 4* rating.

Absolutely not a 4 Star rating hotel! Terrible standart Food which is served almost everyday. 3 Elevators... while 1 of them is permanently broken and the 2nd one breaks twice a week.. not good when you are sitting on the 11th floor... Way to less staff who can just "look" and "take care" of the daily work in the hotel. The managers and owner are clearly after profit maximising and thats exactly what you feel after 2 days in here! Absolute shame because the staff tries to do their work honestly!

For the first 3 days over Christmas we enjoyed ourselves,hotel very dated in most areas but very clean,credit to the cleaning staff also the reception staff were first class.We then came down with food poisoning,5 days later and now at home fortunately we are still suffering.Food wasn't hot and the waiters were placing glasses on the tables with their fingers inside them then moving on to collect dirty plates not hygienic. Wouldn't recommend the hotel shame really but the food was not good at all

This is a fairly nice hotel . The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok ( although they are dated and could do with some TLC) . However the thing that really disappoints about this hotel is the food. Breakfast is ok But evenings , no , it's awful. The food is tepid/cold at best and not very nice. We ended up going out for dinner as we got fed up with it. Going half board is pointless if you have to go out just to get something hot and edible.

Horrible Experience! Avoid This Place!I was happy that my holiday ended and I was going home... I had an awful stay at this hotel. The place is in desperate need of renovation. Pictures on the website are from before opening about 12 years ago and judging from the state of amenities so is everything else.Rooms are outdated, with dirty walls, broken fixtures, and damaged flooring. Mattresses are so old and hard you can feel and hear every spring.The cleanliness was also a major issue – the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned,bedding was stained.To make matters worse, me and my partner ended up getting food poisoning during our stay, which ruined the entire trip. The food was cold, and I couldn’t trust anything they served. I will never stay here again and highly recommend looking elsewhere. Definitely not worth the price.
