The place was great! I was slightly apprehensive because of the reviews posted but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the rooms probably could do with an update but they were clean and comfortable and functional. The food was great, can get repetitive but it’s all inclusive and it was all very nice and edible and a good range of things too! The service was great apart from our first lunch service where we’d just arrived after 6 hours of travel and sat down in the dining room just wanting a water and a waiter came over to us and rudely told us to move and grunted at us as a way of asking if we wanted a drink. We asked for some water which he bought over and slammed down on the table. Not sure what caused this? And put us off especially as this was our first meal time, but! didn’t happen again and the service was amazing for the rest of the time we were there. We managed to get sun beds every day and the pool was great. The entertainment was good too lots of variety. Would highly recommend the George Michael tribute act and the singer on the Sunday who i think is called Daniela she was amazing! Great stay and a great place with a great location! Close to the beach and lots of shops and only 5 minutes in a cab to the old town.

A great budget hotel with everything you need either you're a solo traveller or with a group. Has a very nice outdoor pool, restaurant food is great (while somewhat repetitive), and the late night shows are nice to watch. Staff are kind and helpful, and rooms are basic but comfortable with air conditioning. My room wasn't serviced the last couple of days but this was my own fault as I had slept in very late and forgot to put the "do not disturb" thing on my door. Even if you don't know much Spanish but enough for numbers, courtesy and some basic questions, most staff know a little English and this wasn't at all a problem during my stay as a solo traveller. It seems like a budget hotel so don't expect 5* amenities everywhere but for what I paid, was a great hotel and have no real complaints. I was staying alone during my 25th birthday and was very surprised to see a cake appear in my room shortly after coming back from breakfast - it was very lovely. In a very nice peaceful corner of the island and definitely going again next year in February.

I was really looking forward to staying at Be Live Adults Only Tenerife, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was very disappointing—repetitive every day and not up to a decent standard. I found it quite unappetizing. The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired. It didn’t feel properly cleaned during our stay, which made it uncomfortable. Left tip (5-7euro)each time to get a decent clean but I didn't even get mopped floors. Beside making beds and removing old towels you don't get vacuuming, dusting, nothing. Had 2 massive spider webs on the ceiling and was still there after 3 times cleaned. On top of that, the hotel itself feels outdated and in need of serious renovation. It could be a lovely place with the right improvements, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations. All inclusive guest receive cocktails from dispenser, colourless, flavourless and no decoration. Paid ones are in glass container and decorated

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Rooms look tired and bathroom needs work, moldy seals, broken grout and cracked tiles. The air conditioning is very old and doesn't work very well a fan would of done a better job also electric only works when your in the room as your door key activates it. Everything is basic with no drink making facilities (kettle etc) and not up standard id give it 2 stars. The location and views are good We have seen cockroachs in the restaurant and staff weren't bothered by them being on the food when they were informed. I understand they are a pest and common here but it is not acceptable for them to be inside especially not in the restaurant. Staff can be a little rude and also the male staff propersition women constantly. We were all inclusive but limited to what and when you were allowed to have things and tried charging €20 per person per day to get premium service, this covers coffee from a coffee machine and cocktails made properly and these drinks served in a glass rather than paper cups. The restaurant has a good range of food but everything was like warm or cold no hot food was hot even at the start of service. We have been told by people staying here that this is a swingers hotel we have seen evidence of this and been asked to join others. This is not ok and if it is that type of establishment we would not of come here.

This is my favorite hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Great location next to bus exchange, hyper dino, walking distance to beach. And ADULT ONLY! No screaming kids, pool usually empty or just a couple of people. Fantastic breakfast and dinner with huge selection and friendly staff. And in the evening there are some music or events daily. If you are Lucky you can meet Michael Jackson :-) I love this hotel!
