A must stay in Doha. Close to everything, clean and lovely hotel staff. Really liked the pool, gym and sauna. Beds very comfy as well. Only callout would be to remove the trees near the pool, pigeons swimming in the pool is a breeding ground abit gross. Hotel buffet very good too for breakfast.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is exceptionally maintained and presented, the rooms are incredible and the staff are just fantastic. Thanks to Anwar, Naveed and all the other brilliant people who do such an exceptional job here. Also huge thanks for the cake they made me for my birthday! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha delivers a true five-star stay with excellent service, modern comfort, and great amenities, making it an ideal stopover hotel that leaves you wishing for more time. A polished, well-run hotel that genuinely lives up to its five-star reputation. Arrival and Service (5/5): The experience starts with a free hourly shuttle to and from the airport, which makes getting there effortless. On arrival, we were greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who made us feel welcome straight away. Rooms (5/5): Spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The bed was firm in the best way and perfect after a long flight. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. Facilities (5/5): The gym and pool are top-notch, clean, and well equipped. We also tried room service and ordered the club sandwich, which arrived quickly and was excellent. Atmosphere (5/5): Elegant but relaxed. The hotel has a refined look without feeling stuffy or over the top. Overall: For a 24-hour stopover, this was a fantastic stay. Great staff, beautiful rooms, and a genuinely premium feel from start to finish. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️ A five-star experience in every sense, and one I’d happily stay at again. And the slice of cake for our anniversary was such an elegant touch. The only draw back I have is the hotel has a nightclub and it was pumping music until like 2am. That was pretty frustrating and did keep us awake. Maybe we just got unlucky so I’ve kept it at a 5 but it was not ideal.

had a 20-hour transit in Doha and booked a night at the Hyatt Regency Oryx. It was exactly what I needed after a long flight. The hotel’s about 10 minutes from the airport, so it’s super convenient. Check-in was quick, and the staff were genuinely kind and efficient. The room was spotless, quiet, and really comfortable,the kind of place where you can actually rest, not just crash. The bed was great, the shower had strong water pressure, and the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep during the day.

I stayed at the hotel recently, and overall, the room was good and the place was comfortable. However, I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the staff member who handled my check-in. She examined the stamps in my passport as if I were at an immigration office, which made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. As check-in is often the key factor that determines whether a stay will be pleasant or not, this experience unfortunately left a negative first impression.
