We stayed for 19 hours transit. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very useful that the staff told us how to behave during Ramadan. Thank you! The facility and room were clean and really comfortable. We wanted to take a look in the city so didn’t have that much time to enjoy the hotel facilities fully and had to skip the breakfast, but still we enjoyed and loved this stay so much. Definitely recommendable!

I spent 2 nights here. I had a King sized room with an inner view of the lobby. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and well-equipped. Large coat rack and huge TV. Decently high tech with a master light switch and everything operated from a hub — do not disturb, alarm, room temperature. Love that they provide a praying mat and Quran as well. Bathroom was also very spacious. Overall room aesthetic and feel was great. Didn’t get to explore the hotel much as I was there only to sleep but amenities look fantastic. Also special mention, the ability to check in 24/7 was fantastic. There’s also a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Make sure you check the schedule if you want to use it. There’s also a Metro nearby. Shuttle/taxi takes about 20 minutes from the airport but be mindful of traffic if you’re getting there during rush hour.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff at this hotel generally greet guests with warm smiles, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. In particular, I would like to highlight "Khin", a housekeeping staff member from Myanmar. Her kind smile and attentive service left a lasting impression on me. I personally believe she would be better suited for a reception role rather than housekeeping. She has excellent empathy and outstanding manners, and if she worked at the reception desk, she would certainly leave a great first impression on guests visiting the hotel. The lounge also offered a delicious dinner. Although it was smaller in size compared to other Hyatt lounges I have visited, the food was truly outstanding. One area that could be improved is the English proficiency of the breakfast buffet staff. They were incredibly friendly and hardworking, but communication in English was somewhat challenging, which was a bit disappointing. During this trip, I visited Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar, and choosing this hotel as the final stop of my journey turned out to be an excellent decision.

A beautiful hotel with everyone you could possibly need - and the staff was soo kind and attentive! Special thanks to Neva and Manar for their hospitality and making us feel right at home. We stayed at this hotel for a week with club lounge. We were impressed that the evening food was different every single night. It was fresh and delicious. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had a very wide selection with fresh fruit and juice.

Best place to have a transit. We got it cheap and spent our 17 hour transit here. Nice steam room and sauna. Liked that they gave throw away shorts to be used in sauna area (I didn’t have a spare clothes). Shuttle from airport every hour (8:00, 9:00 etc) for 24 hours. Just follow the hotel bus sign in airport.
