We have enjoyed our stay at the hotel immensely. It is beautiful visually with some truly stunning displays. The grounds and all amenities are kept immaculate. The staff made our visit so special - nothing was too much trouble. I don’t think we have experienced this level of care , kindness and commitment to providing an outstanding service anywhere else. That is true across all areas of the hotel.

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel in Doha! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with complimentary treats and plenty of water, which was a nice touch. The private beach was a huge bonus, offering a peaceful escape. A special mention goes to Juliana, the "lady in red," whose warmth and professionalism made our stay even more special. Additionally, Abdorahime, the breakfast waiter, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful start to our day. He truly deserves a promotion for his outstanding service. I would love to return to this hotel in the future—it was an incredible experience!

Quick tea at Fusion, it is convenient for my 3 children having play area next to it. Hotel landscape is stunning and great for families. Aleli is proactive. Walk around to check membership for family and hotel has great deal on this season. Marlene and Joy are well conversed and too accommodating.

Hands down one of the BEST hotels we have stayed at! All the staff are amazing. The lady's in red are all kind and put their guests first. We were initially waiting for our room to get ready due to an early flight, the lady in red found out and made sure we were given a better room and quicker than what we were initially told (apologies I can’t remember the name of the kind lady) Extremely helpful especially with a 2 year old. I would also like to give a special thanks to my man Samuel who helped get our heating sorted as it wasn’t initially working. He ensured it was seen to quickly and followed up the next day to confirm it was done. El Mehdi during our breakfast was also very attentive and made sure we were served exactly what we wanted at all times. Thank you for making our stay special and we cannot wait to come back and stay again.

We frequently have dinner at the Public House restaurant and we are blown away every time. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive. The food is amazing, and the restaurant caters for all kinds of tricky dietary requirements. The ambiance is festive and laid back. We really enjoy our visits there and will definitely visit again. A special thanks to Billy, Daniel and Steven whose gracious hosting always leaves us with happy hearts!
