This was one of my most expensive holidays, and I'm so glad I chose this 5-star hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a makeup area, bathroom, shower room, and toilet. Every penny I spent was worth it. Everything was flawless—the staff was helpful, polite, and incredibly accommodating. The restaurants offered a wide variety of food choices. I felt like royalty, with my taxi door opened for me and excellent service throughout. It was truly an amazing stay.

I recently visited Bohemia cigar lounge and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at home (Alexa, Genelyn, Kate) , they were knowledgeable about their cigar selection and took the time to recommend a few based on my preferences. The lounge itself has a great ambience- comfortable seating, a relaxed vibe and excellent ventilation. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with wide range of drinks available to pair with the cigars. Overall the service was top-notch, and it’s clear they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Alexa!

One word that aptly encapsulates this stay is “disappointing.” I meticulously planned a weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday, including a brunch at Public House. Two days prior to our arrival, I received notification that the entire event had undergone a significant transformation, with its format and menu completely altered.
Initially, I was informed that the change was due to a large group booking that had requested a different experience. However, I was later reassured that this was not the case. It is noteworthy that we had specifically booked the stay for the party scheduled for Friday.
Upon checking in, we encountered a departure from the customary Kempinski service we have come to expect at other properties. We were not even shown to our room. As a Titanium Member, one would anticipate a more comprehensive level of service. Instead, we were merely pointed in a general direction by the front desk. Typically, a welcome amenity is provided upon arrival, but none was available when we checked in. This amenity was later delivered in the afternoon.
I attempted to make a reservation at the Secret Garden restaurant, which we had expressed interest in visiting. However, I was informed that the restaurant was fully booked for the entire weekend. Subsequently, I inquired about the availability of dining at Harry’s, another restaurant we had considered. Unfortunately, I was also met with the same response, as the restaurant was also fully booked for the weekend. Despite multiple attempts by the Lady In Red, who was responsible for making reservations, I was unable to secure a table at either restaurant.
The room, which is purported to be a five-star property, fell short of expectations. The hallway was unclean, and our room featured holes in the carpet. The towels in the bathroom were excessively old and worn, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I had to call guest services to request new towels, so we could have something usable.
To add insult to injury when we checked in, we were offered a late checkout at 16:00, I said that wasn’t needed and asked if 13:00 would be okay. On our final day we were called at 11:30 and told it was time to leave.
While the property’s exterior appearance exudes a sense of elegance and sophistication, a closer inspection reveals a stark contrast. I cannot in good conscience recommend a stay at this establishment.

We had the pleasure of being served by Ditya during our recent visit, and I must say she made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we were seated, her warm and friendly demeanor put us at ease. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed at the perfect moments. We had an unforgettable dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl, in Doha, and it was an incredible experience. My regular room with a king bed was so spacious, it felt like a junior suite in other hotels. The room boasted an impressively high ceiling, around 5 meters, adding to the luxurious feel. The staff treated me exceptionally well, making me feel special throughout my stay. On my last night, they surprised me with flowers, sweets, and chocolates in my room – a lovely touch! The receptionists were warm and welcoming, and the manager, Mr. Omar, was particularly helpful, giving me a tour of the hotel's stunning facilities. The beachfront view, exquisite swimming pools, and delightful breakfast spread were all highlights. The live piano music in the lounges added a charming ambiance to this beautiful place.
There was a minor hiccup with my luggage, which arrived late due to a large box that couldn't be scanned. I understand the hotel's security measures regarding coffee machines or incense burners, but a prior notice would have been appreciated to avoid delays. Despite this, my stay was memorable, and I look forward to returning to this splendid hotel.
