I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The overall experience was fantastic—fun, relaxing, and memorable. We had a great time during our vacation, and everything was perfect in terms of service, cleanliness, and comfort. The only issue we encountered was with the elevators. They seemed to be a bit slow and sometimes overcrowded, which became inconvenient, especially during peak times. I think this is an area that could use some improvement for a smoother experience. Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere!

Perfect perfect perfect holiday hotel. Iberostar never let you down. Always go that extra mile... just ask and it's done. What more can I say the staff make this hotel from it's Director Francisco the waiters, cleaners, garden staff, bar staff.. Fran takes car of us amazingand they never forget a face. Always mindful of our needs. And welcome us with open arms on each encounter. The warmth makes us feel very special and individuals amongst the many guests here.....but everyone is given the same experience! This hotel is run with clients happiness as it's core value Only negative to far with our holiday was a spot of rain, which is of course it if their control . Thank you Bouganville Playa for thus amazing holiday..we will be back 😀

We stayed here for a short break for winter sunshine. Room was clean and ample size. The only criticism is no kettle to make a hot drink. The restaurant staff were 5 star. Reception staff didn’t give any hotel information a part from upgrading to all inclusive and to ask us what time we wanted for our breakfast slot. The location was ideal for what we needed, although we weren’t here long to explore properly. All in all a lovely holiday!

The staff and experience here is outstanding. The food is fresh and beautiful caters to all especially western families with roast dinners, pizza pasta. The room we are in is a family room and it’s excellent view space and storage. The hotels facilities are also outstanding something for everyone.

This hotel is amazing for families. Rooms are nice clean & comfortable. Pools are all lovely and kept clean and tidy. Local area is also lovely, so great if you like to get out and wander. Great buffet breakfast and dinner with lots of options. Lots of facilities for kids. I travelled with my daughter 7 years old,who loved the kids pool and the mini disco at night and the staff were all very kind and friendly. Adult only areas were also great. Excellent hotel, would thoroughly recommend for a family holiday.Juan (Ionuț) and Adriana (receptionist) respect and big thank you!
