Me & my son stayed here for 5 nights in February, it was our 1st time in Tenerife, I loved the hotel!
It's a large complex & it took us a few minutes to find our building after arriving later then expected due to flight delays but I was pleasantly surprised when we located it. The rooms are spacious & is just like a self catering apartment.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was it had good reviews for vegetarian food, a lot of the times on holiday there's a lack of options or cross contamination with meat/fish. The options here were great! All salad options were fantastic and kept away from meat & fish
The hotel has a mini supermarket a couple of shops down which stocks most things you'd need, all the things we did.
Staff were really helpful & approachable
Pool area was kept very clean
The pool was too cold to use for me and my teenage son in February but a lot of younger children were jumping in no problem. It really was like ice though, but refreshing to quickly dip in in the heat.
We'd definitely go back & would recommend

Great hotel with lots of amenities and activities for kids. Four pools with a big slide for the kids. Kids club in the morning and afternoon, and family shows every night. My kids looked forward the mini disco every night! Food is varied every day and very good. It can be a bit crowded at times, but we always found a table to sit and food was refilled quickly when finished. There is a gym and laundry services as well. There is WiFi in the rooms but it is quite slow and sometimes signal was quite poor.

We traveled to Tenerife at the end of February 2025 and stayed at a hotel a 30-minute drive from the airport. Free parking outside the hotel if you can find a spot. The location was quiet, yet close to pubs and restaurants. The staff, were welcoming and attentive even surprising us with a birthday celebration for my partner!
The hotel featured three pools, including a kids’ area, though the water was cold. I saw staff checking water quality and temp throughout the days. We noticed some unpleasant smell in the restaurant but overall the grounds were clean. Our spacious room had a sea view (block B) but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
We opted for all-inclusive from Half bored, at check-in for €25 per adult and €12.50 for our little one each night. long waits for omelettes and mediocre food but we never went hungry. More coffee machines are needed, lines could get long, and we always managed to find a seat - again keep in mind the time we visited.
The kids' club had lots of games and activities but lacked supervision. We enjoyed the kids’ disco, but the adult evening entertainment we went to once (Soul night) just wasn't giving!
Despite some downsides, we had a good time and feel the value fit the price. we'd stay again.

We had a great time here with our 2 year old. The hotel staff were fantastic and attentive when needed. We stayed all inclusive and found the food choice and quality as good as any other all inclusive we have been too. The pools were a little cold but we found the top pool the warmest one of the three. The children’s disco was great but started a little bit late for our 2 year so she had to miss a couple because of being too tired and grumpy :). The room had plenty of space and were kept clean and tidy.

We have recently stayed here with our two little children and we have really enjoyed our stay. Their staff is incredible, they were always so helpful and we felt really welcomed anytime we went for our meals. The food selection is also amazing, it was always really fresh and tasty and plenty of selection for the adults and the children too. The rooms and the hotel is also always clean. We will return back for sure again in the near future.
