Nice enough hotel, though it seems to have seen better days. Rooms were nice. Definitely worth paying the relatively small extra amount for a sea view as it was stunning; especially for early evening sunshine and the sunset. Our main issue was the inability of the kitchen staff to keep the food warm, never mind hot. We tended to eat between 8pm and 9pm and literally not one meal choice was still hot. The hotel is located a long way from the airport. €90+ in a taxi, so I recommend getting the bus or a multi drop off shuttle. Had a good holiday. Good value for a week's all inclusive. Just need to improve the heat lamps to actually keep food hot.

We have recently stayed here with our two little children and we have really enjoyed our stay. Their staff is incredible, they were always so helpful and we felt really welcomed anytime we went for our meals. The food selection is also amazing, it was always really fresh and tasty and plenty of selection for the adults and the children too. The rooms and the hotel is also always clean. We will return back for sure again in the near future.

I recently stayed here and had a generally enjoyable experience.
The Great:
The food was exceptional—definitely 5 stars! Service was top-notch, and the pools were a highlight.
The Good:
The hotel itself and its location were convenient and comfortable.
The Mediocre:
Overall ok, but room cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could be improved.

The kitchen is better than 5*. Very variable, high quality food. The stuff is helpful and friendly. Everything is perfectly clean.
The rooms are a bit old fashioned, something needs to be replaced sooner or later.
Location is good, there are parking facilities, what is not common in Tenerife.
All together, I recomend it.

We are here at this minute and are having a lovely relaxing time. The rooms and hotel are spotless. The food is plentiful and varied. It's not too full at the moment so there are lots of sunbeds but sometimes the dining area is quite full and busy. The staff are lovely and helpful. One of the major gripes is the only evening bar, the que for drinks is ridiculous, limited bar staff and guests requesting cocktails take up time, an independent self service machine for beer would help. Location is good but it's a downhill walk to main shops and beach. Buses run regularly along to other resorts which are quite cheap. The weather this time of year is sunny and not too hot.
