Nice enough hotel, though it seems to have seen better days. Rooms were nice. Definitely worth paying the relatively small extra amount for a sea view as it was stunning; especially for early evening sunshine and the sunset. Our main issue was the inability of the kitchen staff to keep the food warm, never mind hot. We tended to eat between 8pm and 9pm and literally not one meal choice was still hot. The hotel is located a long way from the airport. €90+ in a taxi, so I recommend getting the bus or a multi drop off shuttle. Had a good holiday. Good value for a week's all inclusive. Just need to improve the heat lamps to actually keep food hot.

We have recently stayed here with our two little children and we have really enjoyed our stay. Their staff is incredible, they were always so helpful and we felt really welcomed anytime we went for our meals. The food selection is also amazing, it was always really fresh and tasty and plenty of selection for the adults and the children too. The rooms and the hotel is also always clean. We will return back for sure again in the near future.

Wonderful hotel! Lovely & helpful staff! Some great entertainment. Clean rooms and lovely food - only criticism would be there's little vegetarian options on most nights - and some items are mis-labeled as vegetarian when it did have meat (often the soup). However, would recommend this hotel for its amazing facilities, staff and lovely location near a natural beach.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at Allegro Isora was nothing short of traumatic. The so-called kid’s club, which was a key reason we chose this hotel, was completely unsafe and poorly managed. Shockingly, our 4-year-old child was allowed to leave the kids’ club unattended, putting their safety at serious risk. This is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of responsibility and care for the well-being of children.
The staff failed to ensure proper supervision, and the registration process was incomprehensible due to a language barrier, despite assurances that assistance would be provided. This lack of basic safety measures left us with no choice but to leave the hotel the same evening and find alternative accommodation at our own expense.
This was not just an inconvenience but a deeply stressful ordeal that ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday. Allegro Isora clearly does not prioritize the safety or well-being of its guests, especially children.
I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel at all costs. No apology or response from management can justify the gross negligence we experienced here. Think twice before booking. This doesn’t even touch on the cockroach infestation.

Update to the hotels response
First and foremost, my priority as a parent is the safety of my child. Upon arriving at the Barcy Club, there was no clear guidance or support provided for completing the registration process. The monitor’s unavailability, coupled with the absence of an English-language form or sufficient assistance, left us in a highly confusing situation. Out of necessity, I followed the only example available at the time, unaware of the potential safety implications. I will say we were greeted by the staff member.
I categorically deny knowingly authorizing my 4-year-old child to leave the club unattended. This was never communicated to me as part of the process, nor would I ever consent to such a practice. Allowing a young child to leave a supervised environment without the explicit handover to a parent or guardian is gross negligence on the part of your staff.
I understand the importance of procedures, but these procedures are only effective if they are clearly communicated and consistently implemented. In this instance, there was a clear failure to provide adequate support or explanation to non-Spanish-speaking guests, creating confusion and, most importantly, jeopardizing the safety of my child.
This experience was deeply distressing for our family and reflects a serious lapse in the standards of care we expect from a service designed to prioritize children’s safety. I urge you to review your processes to ensure this does not happen to another family in the future.

Good family hotel. Great pools for babies & children. Food is plentiful, good choice, fresh. Easy check-in. Rooms clean. Loved the location; directly opposite viewing point. Close to shops, beach. Lovely walk along new path close to beach. Sports bar not too close but walking distance. Supermarket small and larger near by. Parking outside. Bus stop.
