Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Lovely, scenic and peaceful location. The main things that could be improved are having a drinks machine with bigger capacity as it holds five cans of coke only for example - I would have spent more if more were there to buy basically and having a cash point would have been useful on arrival day too. Overall lovely 👌

Gorgeous stunning views and location. We got a seabird suite which really just makes your day especially if it’s sunny. You really feel like an Eagle staying here. The hotel looks well kept from the outside facade, the reception and lounge areas are modern and up to date. But the rooms are old, couches and bathrooms need replacing and proper maintenance. No heating in bedroom so can be cold at night. Towels are not 4* standard and are washed up and need better bleaching. The bar was closed both times I tried to buy coffee. The buffet breakfast was ok, fresh pastries and fruit selection was not bad. The coffee machine needs replacing as it tasted terrible. The views however of the restaurant are absolutely out of this world and pretty much make up for the maintenance/old building problems. The staff at reception is accommodating, hard working and professional, special thanks to Mrs Kanan who went out of her way to attend to our requests for extra blankets. Enjoyed the stay!

Amazing place! It was the best decision for our vacation to book this place- location on the top of the hill with breathtaking views ( it will be recommended to have a car as it is a bit far and steep to walk by foot). Food was in my top 10 of all the things i have tasted so far - fresh and delicious. Rooms were not super modern but clean. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It smells fresh, neat. The assigned apartment 111 is on the ground floor, spacious balcony, beautiful view, two large rooms + kitchen, large bathroom. Clean, fragrant, neat. Mix of old and new, awakens nostalgia in a person. The food offer is huge, everyone can find something they like. The staff is kind, when we say staff we mean every employee we had the opportunity to meet, hardworking people, always ready to help, always a smile on their face. I have to especially single out a very dear cleaning lady, very short blonde hair, immensely dear, her smile and kindness would brighten up even the gloomiest day. The grounds around the hotel are neat and maintained. Here everyone can find the entertainment that suits them best, the offer is diverse. In short, a wonderful experience and a pleasant vacation that will remain in a beautiful memory for a long time. I heartily recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Las Águilas! Extremely friendly service and amazing view on the city and ocean or on Mount Teide. The food at the bistro was excellent, and Alberto’s service was outstanding—he made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place!
