The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It smells fresh, neat. The assigned apartment 111 is on the ground floor, spacious balcony, beautiful view, two large rooms + kitchen, large bathroom. Clean, fragrant, neat. Mix of old and new, awakens nostalgia in a person. The food offer is huge, everyone can find something they like. The staff is kind, when we say staff we mean every employee we had the opportunity to meet, hardworking people, always ready to help, always a smile on their face. I have to especially single out a very dear cleaning lady, very short blonde hair, immensely dear, her smile and kindness would brighten up even the gloomiest day. The grounds around the hotel are neat and maintained. Here everyone can find the entertainment that suits them best, the offer is diverse. In short, a wonderful experience and a pleasant vacation that will remain in a beautiful memory for a long time. I heartily recommend it.

Definitely DO NOT GO THERE. we made a big mistake, rooms look very old and had a smell, Brown furniture but you don't see any brown furniture in any of the pictures..not any facilities what so ever in the rooms. Toiletries ver poor. Staff quite rude. We were all inclusive but got treated like second class citizens. At the pool side Food was the same every single day and cold..in the dining area food was bland and very repetitive Definitely not worth the money. If this stops one couple from going to this hotel it'll will be worth it..disgraceful.

⭐ 1/5 I had a deeply disappointing experience with this hotel that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival for my confirmed reservation, I discovered the hotel was offering the exact same room type for the same dates at a 60% lower rate than what I had paid weeks earlier. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were completely inflexible and offered no solution or explanation beyond stating it was their revenue manager's pricing strategy. I was essentially told to "take it or leave it." This lack of customer service and transparency was unacceptable. The physical property itself is average at best, and the promotional photos are notably more appealing than the reality. However, my main concern is with their business practices and apparent lack of ethical pricing policies. I ultimately chose to leave rather than stay at a property that I felt had not dealt with me in good faith. I would strongly encourage management to reconsider their pricing practices and how they handle customer concerns. A hotel should strive to build trust with guests, not undermine it.

Fabulous hotel, rooms have kitchen are but no cups or kettle, food was excellent different every day. Service was fantastic, we arrived late, hungry and tired, food was left out for us such a nice touch, and really appreciated. My only complaint is the pool was so cold hardly anyone went in, this was the adult pool, thought it would heat up later in the day but unfortunately not. Stunning views short ride to see front, transport was provided.

We stayed for 10 days over Christmas, the hotel is beautiful and the views from our room were stunning [make sure you have the mountain/pool view as the other is of the car park]. The location is quite isolating as it's at the top of a large hill which we didn't know about prior to booking. You're away from the main resort and whilst there is a free bus to get you into town it's only during the day so if you wanted to go anywhere at night you are stuck. It's right off a motorway with no pedestrian access to the shops. However, we went with the intention of a pool/relaxing holiday which we did manage for some of the time but still, having the options to go into a town would have been nice. Maybe a better explanation of the location would have helped - 45min walk to the nearest beach! Our main issue was the food, we were all inclusive. The food was the same day in day out... I'm not 100% confident of the hygiene practices of the establishment or the other guests. Sadly, both me and my husband got sick and when we asked for help from the reception to bring food to our room for our 6 year old...we were told we had to get it ourselves! I'm appalled as you should be 48 hours clear after any bug! We are not sure if the sickness was due to the food we had [which we think had been cooked in the snack bar and left out in the counter for the 'all inclusive guests!'] Or whether it was a bug/virus that was being shared around! Either way.... just be mindful of this when you go all inclusive and make sure you're super vigilant! Sadly it put a taint on what was a very lovely holiday! If you want a holiday to switch off from everything and relaxing by the pool, this is ideal. Not the best hotel for the kids though Sadly as there wasn't much going on for them.
