The hotel did not meet my expectations. I had anticipated a higher standard of accommodation and service. The room was very small, making it challenging to store our luggage comfortably. The service provided by the staff was not satisfactory. I observed several staff members engaged in arguments with each other, which is unprofessional and should not occur in front of guests. Additionally, we experienced a lengthy wait of 15 minutes at the swimming pool bar before deciding to leave without being served. The breakfast served was not adequately warm.
On a positive note, the private beach was a highlight of the hotel. It was well-maintained, shallow, and equipped with ample sunbeds, making it an ideal spot for families with children. Another commendable aspect was the well-equipped gym, which provided guests with an opportunity for physical activity.

What a great facility. As simple as that. I came in a little hesitant due to some previous reviews about the rooms, but it turned out to be fantastic.
I was treated very well as a Marriott Elite member. The room wasn't bad—actually better than I expected. But let’s talk about the pool area: great. Most importantly, the staff working there are amazing and really know their game.
Breakfast was a bit busy, but it was handled very well. Fresh ingredients, and a very complete spread. The pool was clean, and the staff there were fantastic. They really know the system well. Anabelle helped us the second day, God Bless her.
The executive lounge was a highlight. Shima, who works there, is simply amazing. The happy hour and afternoon snacks were spot on—delicious and made with good ingredients. The lounge itself is a bit small, but it wasn’t an issue because we could use the outside area.
The stay was just great overall. Very nice, very comfortable beds. The bathroom could use some improvement—the shower was a bit small, and there was only one in our suite. But hey, nothing’s perfect.
Checkout was smooth. The people at the counter were very good, and the front office manager, Mr. Chandra, was great from before our arrival until we left.
We are definitely coming back soon. And I say this as a Marriott Elite member and a Google Level 7 Local Guide.

Very good hotel, good options for food and drinks, lovely location, all staff are very friendly and always help. One thing I was very disappointed was on arrival we had booked 2 rooms interconnecting, however they " upgraded me to a 1 bed room suite". It seemed the room was old and tired however I have kids so it didn't bother me one bit, but the sofa bed was broken I complained and told them, they brought a single bed, but didn't change the sofa bed.minus that the hotel is very good so if you do get a upgrade go look at the room before agreeing 😁
