I had the most delightful experience enjoying the afternoon tea at Bab Al Qasr Lounge Café. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax and savor every moment. The presentation of the tea set was beautiful, with a lovely selection of savory bites, pastries, and perfectly brewed tea that truly elevated the experience. What made it even more memorable was the impeccable service. A special thanks to Hton, Lajana, Kriti, and Susan for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine smiles. I had an excellent experience during my stay. A special thanks to Yunus, the Recreation Supervisor, for his warm hospitality and great care throughout our visit. He made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after at every moment. The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing pool and a stunning beach that is perfectly maintained. The whole atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

The service at this hotel is immaculate. All the staff from different departments of the hotel are friendly, courteous and pleasant. We had dinner at Rosemary restaurant, the food was outstanding, from seafood to pasta to steak and kids meals. Menuka was serving our table and she was probably the best ever waitress we have come across. We wish her all the best and the rest of the team.

: 🌟 Excellent Cleanliness at Bab Al Qasr – Special Thanks to Michelle! 🌟 I stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for 4 days during a training event, and I was very impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel — especially in the comfort room on the 3rd floor. The restroom was always clean, well-stocked, and smelled fresh. Special thanks to Michelle, the cleaner assigned to that area. She did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness all day. You could really see the effort and attention she put into her work — always making sure everything was in order, and greeting guests politely. Having such a clean and comfortable facility made our training experience even better. Big thanks to Michelle and the Bab Al Qasr team for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!
