The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed in Arabian/Moroccan style, but I was disappointed that we had requested/booked a smoking room only to be offered one without windows and no ventilation in the bathroom.
Cleanliness was up to standard.
The buffet was very good —very varied and rich, with plenty of delicious options from different cuisines to choose from.
The service truly stood out: special thanks to Mahmoud for his kindness, but in general, the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating.

You sit on the beach all day, no waiter to order
Room service never pick the phone to order.
If you want to have a buffet you can’t pay on the place or room number you have to deposit money from main reception .
Check in at 15:00 - check out at 12:00 you waste 3 hours of your stay

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at Bab Al Qasr. Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—truly a sanctuary to relax in.
A special mention goes to Abin, the room stylist, whose exceptional attention to detail and professionalism made my stay even more delightful. Not only did Abin ensure the room was pristine and perfectly arranged, but their warm demeanor and thoughtful touches added a personal touch that truly stood out.
The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet inviting.
I recommend Bab Al Qasr for anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay.

We really enjoyed out stay in this hotel.
The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view from the windows (22 Floor). The room service were really helpful, fast, and the workers speak with us in a good and respectful manner.
The pool and the beach were great and we had fun there. We also liked the breakfast and that is has many choices for many different cultures.
I really recommend this hotel for any person who wants to spend vacation with his family or friends.

The exterior is attractive, and the lobby is pleasant with its high ceiling. The spacious room offers a beautiful view of the sea, the pool, and the palace.
However, the main negative points of our stay were the poor reception and service. We nearly faced refusal at the entrance in the middle of the night, and the person at the front desk was unhelpful, almost robotic, without offering any solutions to our problem. This lack of professionalism was very frustrating. Fortunately, after much insistence, we finally obtained a solution, but it was not thanks to the front desk.
Additionally, although the room was large, it had not been prepared to accommodate the expected number of guests. When we requested additional beds, we were only provided with one, despite being more numerous. As a result, we had to manage by sleeping together in the double bed and using the couch, which highlights the hotel’s organizational and service issues.
Finally, while the breakfast was varied, it lacked quality, and the outdated style of the rooms needs modernization. The beach was also limited, with chairs too close together.
In conclusion, I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.
