Not worth the price, and doesn't compare to anything near 5 or even 4 stars. No one picks up the phone for reservations so I had to go there to book. Bad receptionist vibe, and average quality rooms.. plus I found a baby crib inside my room. Which was just annoying hanging there as I'm not with a child. The receptionist was cold and unfriendly, and he was not flexible not helpful. Not even a smile. It's your job, but ok! Not coming back for sure.

For this price, I won't recommend to anyone. The reception didn't warn us that there is some renovation work in progress with skyscrapers showing up in our windows. I felt offended when I saw them outside working.

Today was my first time visiting this amazing hotel and I cannot express with words how wonderful my stay was, I wish I could stay longer, I was more than satisfied with my stay. Rooms: rooms are very beautiful, extremely gorgeous, the interior of this hotel is amazing and feels like home, it's very clean and very comfortable to stay in, the bath was warm and very clean. They even provided charger cables for both android and iOS and a wireless charger as well. Food: I loved the food selections for dinner and breakfast, there was a variety of food options and they had something for everyone, and the dinning table was very comfortable, I felt happy eating my food. Service: the service is Wonderful, all the staff is polite and quick to help whenever needed, my stay was extra perfect thanks to the staff of this wonderful hotel. Space: it was very clean, tidy and huge and even aesthetic. When you enter they welcome you with beautiful instruments played by someone and even during dinner, beautiful piano melody gets played in the background. Reception: was very polite and kind and whenever anything was needed they were always available. Overall my stay was wonderful and if I could give this hotel 10 stars I would.

What a wonderful stay it was. We stayed for a few nights during a stopover. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and the staff is always there to help. Especially the staff in the club lounge (Rachel & Robert) turned our stay into something special. Just do yourself a favor and take a club room to get access to the lounge. The view, the nice drinks and food there (included in the room rate) and the attentive staff is worth it.

The hotel is very luxurious and comfortable. All the facilities are very wonderful. It was only one night, but it was full of activities. The pool is amazing, and the breakfast deserves more than seven stars for its variety. As for the room, it was very comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed their hospitality.
