Exceptional Service and Hospitality I have traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels across different countries, and this is truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The service is outstanding, and the hospitality is top-notch. Housekeeping visits twice a day—once in the morning for a thorough cleaning and again in the evening to prepare the room for a comfortable night’s sleep. The staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The hotel is peaceful and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. I had access to the club lounge, where they offered a fantastic selection of drinks and delicious food throughout the day. The amenities are excellent, adding to the overall luxury of the stay. I absolutely loved my experience here and highly recommend it! And just so you know—I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotels, so this truly says a lot!

We spent five days at this hotel and found it to be very hospitable. We had a room with access to the club lounge, which added an extra level of comfort. The check-in process was excellent – we were greeted by a professional staff member from Pakistan who personally escorted us to our floor, which was a nice touch and highlighted the hotel's high service standards. Our room was impressive – spacious, with a stunning view. Housekeeping was of a good standard, and we had no complaints. The hotel offers several restaurants, but the Indian restaurant stood out in particular. The food was exceptional, and the service was very pleasant and attentive. The only downside, in our opinion, was the service in the club lounge. Instead of assisting guests, the staff preferred to give instructions on how to handle things ourselves, which felt rather odd. It was clear that the team was young and lacked the experience needed to provide a truly premium service. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression, and we would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic hotel stay with impeccable hospitality. Great range of restaurants with differing cuisines, a well equipped gym and the service at the Club Lounge by Robert and his team elevated my experience! Every member of staff was friendly and helpful with my needs, however small or large. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel. My family liked the variety in the breakfast. Only problem is there was delay in the omelette noticed many people left it as it came late on the table. Maybe its better for them to have people queue and wait as it is made.

We enjoyed to stay on gala dinner during the New Year! That was an amazing food variety with all cousins of the world including sea food table. The service during the diner was of very high quality.
