Just back from a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. First visit for us and we loved it. The room was great, beds absolutely amazing, along with the very much needed air conditioning. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at Flavours (buffet restaurant) a few nights and it was very good, however our favourite restaurant by far was Le Bistro. This restaurant is waiter service and included if you have half board basis. The food was absolutely outstanding! A la carte style, but very generous portions. Please visit if you enjoy top quality dining (make sure you book at least 24 hours beforehand). The hotel has a small private beach with very comfortable sunbeds. Overall, a wonderful holiday. Thank you Sheraton, we'll be back 🥰

Great location near the Corniche..The Sheraton Abu Dhabi has quite a legacy in the city. The building reminds you of the years in the Gulf before the gleaming sky scrapers.
The hotel, however, has been completely renovated inside. The rooms and comon areas are modern.
The gym and spa are large and very well kept.
The hotel has 2 pools and a 'beach' which is a let down because the view is obstructed by a highway bridge and a few buildings. I wish city planning was slightly better in Abu Dhabi.
Breakfast is a large spread. The executive lounge is a balcony area overlooking the reception.
Easy to get taxis and also it is possible to walk around the city from the hotel..we would stay again!.

The check in was smooth and thanks for letting us check in earlier than the mentioned time. The food was Greaaattt. Loved it. The location is really good. Definitely coming back soon.

The Very Good:
Helpful and Friendly Staff: The manager and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The upgrade we received was much appreciated.
Appealing Entrance: The entrance and front of the hotel are quite attractive, setting a positive tone upon arrival.
Delightful Breakfasts: Breakfasts were very good, served in pleasant surroundings that added to the overall dining experience.
Excellent Renovated Rooms: The newly renovated rooms were top-notch, providing a comfortable and stylish environment.
Outstanding Gym: The gym facilities were excellent, arguably the best we have seen in a long time.
Great Club Lounge Staff: The staff in the club lounge were attentive and provided excellent service.
In summary, our stay was enjoyable, with many highlights including the superb staff, great facilities, and comfortable rooms. This hotel offers a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again.

The hotel was outstanding! The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had access to the club lounge, which was a great amenity. In the club lounge, we had snacks throughout the day and evening, as well as canapés and drinks from 6 p.m. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The beach is small but perfect for children. There is also a kids' club. The gym was large and modern. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food. The hotel also has a British-themed bar where there are evening performances, or you can play darts or other pub games.
