West-Bay Beach Club
  • Complimentary access to the 800-meter private beach with multiple swimming pools. Water sports also available with extra charges. Open from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
  • Kindly dress decently while accessing the beach facilities and crossing the underpass. Please refrain from using the underpass in swimwear.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed while entering West-Bay. Bags will be checked at the entrance.

Health Club and Spa
  • Gym facilities with jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room from 6:00am to 11:00pm.

My recent stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi was made all the more memorable thanks to the impeccable service provided by Shiva and the room service team. Shiva displayed genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism that truly stood out. From prompt delivery to thoughtful presentation, every detail reflected a commitment to excellence. His courteous demeanor and willingness to accommodate special requests added a personal touch that felt both caring and refined. Breakfast at Flavours Restaurant was another highlight, where Mr. Hem and his team curated an experience that blended regional flavors with international finesse. The buffet was abundant, fresh, and elegantly arranged. Mr. Hem’s leadership was evident in the smooth coordination, warm greetings, and attentive table service.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and it certainly does not deserve a five-star rating. First of all, we booked a suite that was supposed to include a sofa. Instead, there was no sofa at all, and when we asked about it, the staff lied to us saying that sofas are “not available.” Shockingly, they tried to cover it up by placing dining chairs where the sofa should have been. Second, we were here for a wedding, and the hotel staff were aware of that. We called in advance requesting mirrors, and they assured us they would deliver them within 10 minutes. We waited for over an hour with no response. When we followed up, they told us that the mirrors were no longer available because they had given them to someone else—completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when we approached the reception and spoke with the manager, the manager himself was disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of helping, he made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the staff were not helpful, service was unreliable, and the management was rude. This hotel absolutely does not deserve five stars, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting proper hospitality.

The service was prompt, the team was helpful, and the results were top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and reliability. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and unwind. The hotel’s location right next to the Corniche is a big plus—perfect for a morning walk or enjoying the sea views. Overall, a great place to stay in Abu Dhabi with solid amenities and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Truly a 5 star hotel. Anywhere you turn there is a smiling face ready to meet your needs. Food and service readily available, and beach is small but beautiful, quiet and clean.
