I recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel, and while some aspects of the stay were enjoyable, others were quite disappointing. The room size was good, and everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The pool and beach facilities were decent, providing a nice place to relax. However, the overall experience was let down by the food quality and service. For the price they charge, I expected much better food quality. Unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming and did not match the high cost. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was very weak—slow, inattentive, and not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the accommodation itself was satisfactory, the dining experience and service left a lot to be desired. If these areas improve, it could be a much better experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr this week, couldn’t fault it - everything was perfect, every single staff member we came across went above and beyond to be welcoming, friendly and kind, making a special effort with our toddler who’s just under 2. The hotel, pool area, restaurants and hotel room were all exceptionally clean and well looked after. We felt like we had the best room in the hotel - top floor and a view of the mosque was breathtaking! Spacious room, incredibly comfortable bed, had everything we needed in there and cleaned each day which was wonderful to come back to after a day out. We loved the hotel and would love to visit again! Thank you for looking after us so well.

This is our second stay at this hotel in a Gold level room. The Gold Lounge staff once again excelled in making the stay great. The food offerings in the lounge varied each day and were just what we needed. Thoroughly recommend a stay here. We will no doubt return at some point.

A special thanks to Sali at the reception for her outstanding hospitality—she made the check-in process seamless and ensured I felt truly valued as a guest. Beyond the elegance, what truly stood out was the sense of safety and security throughout the hotel. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying outdoor activities like jet skiing, I always felt well taken care of. The combination of luxury, comfort, and adventure made my experience truly memorable. Fairmont Abu Dhabi exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a safe, luxurious, and activity-filled stay

Stayed at this incredible venue for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff (Paolo and Elisha at the reception) were an absolute delight, had a couple requests which other hotels would not accommodate, but the staff here went above and beyond to make sure they were able to accommodate myself and my requests. Fairmont has been my usual place of stay whenever in AD, and their service only seems to improve and set new standards with each visit. Commendations to the management and the employees which make this place an absolute delight.
