Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with family. The hotel offers a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere, with excellent service and stunning views. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food, particularly the breakfast.
Chef Hassan makes the morning experience truly special—his attention to detail and hospitality are exceptional. If you’re visiting, don’t miss their Indian breakfast—it’s incredibly flavorful and a perfect way to start the day. The variety and quality of dishes are impressive, making breakfast one of the best meals at the hotel.
Overall, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended!

The location of the Fairmont Abu Dhabi is exceptional, offering breathtaking views of the Grand Mosque. The hotel’s common areas are beautifully designed, well-maintained, and recently renovated, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere.
The staff are hardworking, attentive, and genuinely trying their best. However, they often come across as timid and lack the positive energy that could elevate the guest experience.
My room was spacious and offered a spectacular view of the mosque, but it is in urgent need of renovation. Having stayed there 15 years ago, I noticed that the rooms remain largely unchanged, aside from updated plumbing and electrical fixtures.
Overall, while the location and aesthetics of the hotel impress, the guest rooms would benefit from modernization to match the standard set by the rest of the property.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times over the past 10 years, and after a long time away, I must say I was pleasantly surprised during this visit. The value for money is excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a lovely beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was great.
There’s really nothing to complain about—except for the service at the pool bar, which could be more attentive. It would be great if they checked on guests at the beach more often. I waited an hour just to order some water. Perhaps they could install call buttons on the side tables near the loungers, as other hotels do.
Other than that, everything was fantastic!
King Richard Heart Of a Lion
We had just a one night stay as a couple in the king room, the room was huge with a brilliant layout of double ended bath and shower in the bathroom along with twin sinks and a toilet. the bedroom was located in a circular room with seating area, the bed is the BEST bed I have ever slept in. The outdoor pool facilities were top class along with the choice of restaurants and great sports bar with happy hour. Most definitely recommend.

Had the best stay on Monday. Reem in reception was a delight to deal with. She was so friendly, kind and helpful and really went out of her way to help us. All the staff in the hotel were so helpful. I would love to come back and stay.
