One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Since I entered, everything seemed contemporary and attractive.
The entrance is very spacious and the staff are very friendly and supportive.
The room is of high level of luxury, nothing was missed inside it. The most lovely thing about the room is their attention to every single detail, they take care of everything.
The view from the balcony is also beautiful.

Had another amazing day at the Rotana in Al Ain. Cannot fault the service especially by the excellent lifeguards and. Special mention to the ever attentive barman Ramen. Excellent service and crafted drinks. Will definitely be coming back soon.
