I was fortunate to receive a one-day special gift from my company — a luxurious stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villa. And what an experience it was! From the moment I stepped in, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality. The environment was peaceful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The interior of the villa was modern and tastefully designed, with every corner reflecting elegance and cleanliness. The food was absolutely delicious — the buffet included a variety of local and international dishes. Sim Sim all chefs giving very good service. I enjoy there breakfast and dinner. The room service, reception, and all the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. From the serene swimming pool to the relaxing spa and scenic surroundings — it felt like a little slice of paradise for a day. I'm genuinely thankful to my company for gifting me such a beautiful experience. If you're looking for a premium getaway, Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villa is the perfect destination. 🌴✨ I will miss my room number 468 for the rest of my life because it was a very beautiful room.😪🥰❤

The Turtle Bay Restaurant at Saadiyat Rotana Resort serves some of the best steaks I've ever had! I ordered the Angus ribeye, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. A heartfelt thank you to Ashraf and the chef for their outstanding service. I have a seafood allergy, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs—preparing my meal separately and ensuring every precaution was taken. Their attentiveness and understanding truly made the dining experience exceptional. The hotel is probably one of the best I have ever stayed at. The customer service here is amazing, they really care about their guests and do everything to ensure that we have the best stay. Every staff member is always smiling, and always makes an effort to talk to you. They are very kind. The beach is so beautiful and very well maintained. It is really clean. The buffet at the Sim Sim restaurant also serves great food. I will be coming here again!

The breakfast buffet at Simsim was a great start to the day. There was a wide variety of food, from fresh fruit and pastries to eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I really enjoyed the made-to-order omelet station and the selection of juices and coffee. The dining area was clean, bright, and not too crowded, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a tasty and satisfying breakfast with something for everyone. Definitely worth waking up for. Thanks to Gilbert who accommodate us! Awesome customer service and all the other staff 👌🏻

Perfect location for enjoying the sea with excellent service! The hotel offers several restaurants – our favorites were Si, Hamilton, Turtle Bay and Sim Sim. Each had great food and service: Hamilton for tasty British dishes, Turtle Bay for amazing seafood and Sim Sim for a lively buffet (special thanks to Abdul for the attention). Our top favorite was Si, the Italian restaurant, where everything was simply wonderful – delicious food, beautiful presentation, and truly exceptional service. Special thanks to Marlo for making our celebrations unforgettable and filling them with wonderful emotions. Rooms were very clean and well-equipped – daily housekeeping by Azim was outstanding. The staff and administration were always helpful, except for one lady who was a bit unfriendly, but it didn’t spoil our impression. Highly recommended for comfort, hospitality, and memorable experiences!

I had a wonderful dining experience here! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service. Our waiter, Ismail, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being intrusive, gave excellent recommendations, and had such a warm, welcoming attitude that really elevated the whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and valued. Thank you, Ismail, for your exceptional service, that had made our evening extra special!
