Great location. I love the resort. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and professional. Each of them help and assisted from the moment we enter till our check out. I do not remember everyone’s name but I remember Brent who helped me with my luggage . He was very sweet and professional.
Regarding the food - we loved it. Many options we could choose from.
The beach was with very clear water and we could also order food and drinks.

Very good stay. The staff was amazing, every person was very nice and friendly to our family. Can mention Saad Hana from the lobby hall, she was so nice to our daughter. The beach and pool safeguards were very professional. Food quality is very good also.
What could be better: no entertainment at all. At least there could have been some live music. Children animation is also not very good. no dressing rooms at the beach.

I would like to share our wonderful experience staying at this hotel with children. From the very first moment, we felt the warm atmosphere and genuine care from the staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for families — everything we needed to feel at home was provided.
A special mention goes to the facilities for children: amazing play areas, heated pools, and entertainment for all ages.
The food deserves its own praise: delicious, varied, and well-balanced. There was always something suitable for the kids, even for the pickiest eaters.
The hotel is located in a beautiful, scenic area, perfect for family walks and enjoying nature. We left with so many wonderful memories and will definitely be coming back!

We decided to visit Saadiyat Rotana for a day pass, visiting from Dubai. Our children aged 7 and 5Y enjoyed four hours at the first class, five star Explorers Club and Aladdin's Cave Kids Club at the hotel. The attention to detail and level of service was second to none. Incredible arts and crafts on offer, a large variety of engaging activities, outdoor water park water slide activities all with the level of service of one on one staff to child ratio. The team were so friendly and engaging. We were blown away and cannot wait to return again soon. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel and Explorers Club. Having lived in Dubai for over 20 years we have never been to such an amazing Kids Club.
