We had wonderful and relaxing holidays in the hotel. There were a lot of excellent moments but two of them are must to highlight.
The food and the service in the Turtle Bay Bar & Grill was fantastic. I really recommend to have dinner there.
There were a lot of good service people on the pool but one of them had top all other with his extraordinary client service behavior. His name was Peter and he did more as a brilliant job.

The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and customer service throughout our stay was amazing!
The hotel is placed next to a private white sandy beach with crystal blue waters and plenty of sun loungers, all with umbrellas to keep out of the sun if required.
The rooms were large. well equipped and spotlessly clean.
We will hopefully be returning soon

We have had a fantastic time at the Saadiyat Rotana. The family room worked really well for us- it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We were on the all inclusive package and the quality of the food and drink were exceptional, especially at the Italian restaurant and Turtle Bay. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had- a fantastic choice with lots of fresh fruit including strawberries and avocados. The staff were very attentive, especially our waiter, Mugula, who took great care of us.
We would highly recommend for families.

The hotel is beautiful, food very good and location fantastic.
We had some problems at check in where they had given us the wrong room, addressed to the wrong person. There was no apology and we were made to feel like it was our fault which it definitely was not and at 23.00 at night with 2 young kids this was very irritating. Not a great start.
However the free ice cream vouchers for the kids and the lifeguards by the pool are a great touch and peace of mind.
All the staff are fantastic with the kids.
Yeovi in particular working by the pool was fantastic, the kids loved him and he was always friendly and accommodating .

We checked into the hotel and they forgot one of our bags in the car. Despite calling three times for assistance, it took over 30 minutes with no resolution, so my husband had to go get it himself. This experience has made me question whether we booked a hotel or a self-service apartment, and it has been quite disappointing.
Furthermore, we requested room cleaning over an hour and 40 minutes ago, and after calling again, no one has arrived. I'm left wondering what we’re actually paying for at this hotel.
