Reading the recent reviews makes me question if we were taken to the correct hotel! It was far from a nice experience! I’m inclined to agree with the reviews from a few weeks ago regarding the rude staff. The male staff who were working in the outdoor area of the restaurant were rude, grumpy, and unhelpful. They didn’t even clear our plates, we had to move our own plates to unused tables. The quality of service at the reception was dependant on who was on duty. Booking system for the restaurants was badly communicated and managed. Missed out on reservations due to their poor communication. Food was overcooked. Very few traditional Greek dishes. Area around the slides was dirty and potentially unsafe due to poor management of the floor matting. Rooms were dirty and looking tired. Key card would lose its memory multiple times a day, despite keeping it away from phones and other devices that could cause it to fail. Too many bad points to waste my time writing! Good points: Very friendly staff at the pool bars. Very friendly chef. Cleaners were friendly. But not enough of them. Going home. I’ve paid far less and received much better service and quality of food. Given the price of the holiday we are very disappointed. Perhaps it wouldn’t have felt so bad if we had been treated better. Stay well clear!

Fantastic resort, only downside is the lack of evening entertainment. Quite far out from any sort of life so you rely on the resort and ther is zero entertainment, a few kids shows around 9pm. Could be better.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the common areas provided a perfect space for relaxation. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the local attractions. A standout experience was my visit to the spa. Paola did an amazing job with the French manicure and pedicure. She was extremely professional and attentive, and the result was absolutely perfect. Her friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. If you're looking for a well-rounded relaxation experience, this hotel is definitely the best choice. I’ll definitely choose it again for my next visit!

The hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dining options were diverse, offering delicious meals that showcased local flavors and international cuisine. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The highlight of our stay was the spa. Katerina at the spa reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Paola provided an amazing massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Just came back from a family holiday from this hotel with our 5 year old son. We check in at 10 pm after an hour taxi ride from the airport and unfortunately were told that all restaurants had already closed, there was no room services available in the hotel either ?!!!! and the only option we had to get any sort of food was the ice cream and crepes bar or some cold cuts sandwiches in our rooms mini bar. To be honest I had never stayed in a 5 star property which didn’t offer room service. Anyways after a quick change in our rooms and having had a nipple at the sandwiches in the room which were tasteless and a bit stale we headed out in search of the crepe bar. The hotel lobby and the adjoining bar were very over crowded and not what we had expected and in all honesty my wife and I seriously started thinking if we had made the right choice choosing this place. But it was late at night and were all tiered and after a quick drink at the beach bar headed up to our room in the hope that we would wake up to something different. I have to say that during the following days things in fact were different and the more time we spent at the place the more it grow on us mostly due to the staff and the service which was impeccable and always with a smile. There was a large activity pool on the upper part of the hotel which was spread over a vast area. There were slides for both children and adults as well as a kids pool and a bar and restaurants serving food and drinks. The main pool was on the lower ground floor of the reception and a smaller beach side pool which was more relaxed in atmosphere at which we spent most afternoons. The daily entertainment wasn’t really the best nor was the nightly however we did managed to have a few good evenings when we went. My son specifically liked the magic show they had on one night. The main restaurant was amazing and there were always a wide variety different cuisines on offer the quality was great. We were also offered 3 free booking at the a la carte restaurant which you could book through the hotel app the pick of which for us was the Mexican with the Asian one not impressing us at all. Unfortunately the beach was rocky which is no fault of the hotel but the water was amazing, clean and a perfect temperature. Overall the hotel had some areas which the management should definitely pay more attention to in particular property management in terms of maintenance of the common areas, landscaping and looking at providing room service after restaurants closing. But all the few negatives were over shadowed by the excellent service provided by all the staff which we had the pleasure of dealing with from the reception, restaurants, bars and the entertainment team who all made our stay an absolute joy. A huge kudos to the management. Would we stay at this hotel again ? I would definitely have to say YES. Our son loved the place and wanted to stay for a “100 days more” . I hope when we return the property is refurbished and landscaping better maintained. Huge thank you to the management and staff who made our stay at the hotel a memorable one.
