We stayed here in May 2024. Should have written a review then, but only thinking to now as I am trying to rebook to stay again this year. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The value we got for money was unbelievable. The buffet was fair and always found something to eat. The restaurants by the pool that you would sit and order to your table were absolutely fabulous. The a la carte restaurants were also top notch. Had some of the nicest sushi of my life there. The cocktails were really high quality and never too much of a queue. Hotel was dated yes but clean. I think they currently are doing big renovations as I have tried to book for this year and unfortunately can’t. I will definitely be trying to book in when they reopen. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly and nothing was ever too much.

We stayed here when we visited Rhodes. It was a beautiful and amazing hotel, very close to Rhode's old town. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from the team at the reception to the staff at the different bars and restaurants.

I booked a room for me and my family on July in 2024. The hotel's front office service met us so cheerful. They offered us, could upgrade our room for free. Thanks for that. We admired to our new room's landscape. Foods had good quality. Waiters in main restaurant were interested in the tables. They had good communication to our kids despite of didn't know each other's languages. We liked also alacarte restaurants. We want to stay again in this summer but the hotel is under restoration. We hope we come next year.

We enjoyed the hotel, and the vacation there was excellent. Right when we arrived at the hotel, the bellboy George greeted us, and he was very helpful and spoke excellent English. In general, all the service staff at the hotel (in the dining room, the bar, housekeeping, bellboys, and the reception) were very courteous, provided quick responses to any issue, and spoke good English. The cleanliness at the hotel was of a high standard. They cleaned the rooms and other areas, like the dining room and the pool area, very well. There were hand sanitizer stations almost everywhere in the hotel, and it was clear that cleanliness was a priority. Towels were replaced in the middle of the day, so there was no need to wait until the next morning, which I think is a big advantage and enhances the experience. The food in the dining room was tasty, of high quality, and there was a wide variety. The hotel has eight restaurants. I visited three of them, but in my opinion, the food there was much less tasty than in the dining room. It was dry and not well-prepared. Overall, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it.

We went here for our anniversary. We visited Rhodes a year before and fell in love with amazing water. We really wanted to love Mitsis but it just didn’t work for us. The location of Mitsis hotel is incredible. It is right on the beach. They have rent-a-car within the hotel, so it was convenient to rent a car. However, there were few things that we found could have been better. First of all, the room bar was always lacking items. They would leave one bottle of beer, and when you would ask for a second one, cause there is two of us, we were told that you get one day water, one day beer. This hotel wasn’t cheap when booking for them to do this. And when they would give you secondary bottle of beer, they handed it with a grumpy face. When it comes to food, there was a variety of choices every day. But the food all tasted the same and we felt that it wasn’t good enough for a five star hotel. You can’t takeaway food to your room from the restaurant, you can’t takeaway pancakes and you’re not allowed to sit without a shirt (for a male) in front of the pancakes place, even tho it is right on the pool. The bellhop was an incredibly nice person and we thank him for the service. Overall, it is not a place we will go back to.
