A fine hotel for spending holidays with family.
Good breakfast buffet in the Market restaurant.
Limited options of main dishes in other restaurants in the hotel.
Good pool bar.
Chocolate hour is something we do not see often in other hotels.
Lot of activities for kids including kids club, free gaming area, paid mini golf etc.
Amazing and really friendly staff including the reception and restaurants.
The main swimming pool is not too deep and good for kids.
The beach is a bit deep with limited shallow areas but the hotel provides life jackets.
One of the main attractions is the air inflated slides in the ocean. Really enjoyed !👍
Would recommend sea facing rooms if available at cheaper rates.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Lots of great details, loved the chocolate hour, the sky bar and Marvic at the boom restaurant was great. He gave us excellent service and really lovely to speak to as well.
The only downside was the sound levels from the beach bar which turned the whole beach into a bit of a party beach.

I really liked the hotel. Well-groomed, clean territory, delicious varied food. The room is cleaned daily, cleaned well. Very responsive administrators, many speak Russian, which makes it easier to explain themselves. I would like to thank the administrator Valeria, who helped me resolve the issue with my forgotten things in another hotel. Very friendly and helpful concierge Josh, thank you very much for your help. I recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Amazing hotel - so beautiful, clean and modern. Incredible views from our room. Loved the heated pool which wasn’t too deep, so absolutely perfect for children and adults alike . Beautiful clean beach. Gorgeous Neo sky bar. All the staff were so helpful and attentive. The food in the Market was delicious and so varied. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone!

Our vacation was pure bliss, very nice staff! Fast acting in any possible way to make our stay memorable. Also the food quality in this Hotel was very good, great variety of different foods, Italian, Chinese, Indian foods.
I would recommend the hotel especially for families, many kids here. But if you want to be in silence the Pool at ULA is great for you.
Beautiful beach. The only thing I wasn’t so happy about is that there is not much to do in the close region, but I think this will change soon.
