We had such amazing stay with our friends on this property. Everything was perfect! From smooth check in with the nicest front desk people to the pools, restaurants and huge rooms. We stayed in 2 queen room and it was probably the largest room I have ever stayed, and very tastefully styled with huge balcony. The service around the pool was excellent. My kids enjoyed kids and teens club a lot, they didn’t want to leave. I would highly suggest staying at this hotel.

During my stay at the resort, the experience was wonderful by all standards. The resort is very beautiful and has excellent facilities. The rooms are large and spacious, providing exceptional comfort for the guests, and the swimming pools are wonderful.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff at the resort for their efforts and high professionalism. I would like to mention in particular Mr. Elias at the reception for his warm welcome and continuous cooperation, Mr. Mazen in the restaurant for his excellent service, in addition to the lady at the children's play center who showed great care and attention to the children.
This was a truly wonderful experience and I look forward to returning to this resort again in the future.

Amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! Loved vacationing here with my husband and three year old boy. Amazing new hotel. The rooms and the whole hotel is furnished with beautiful furniture. The rooms are large enough with comfortable beds. The food is of a high standard using quality ingredients. Everything is very tasty. The beach is clean and quite long. Four pools are great for relaxing. But what is absolutely the best - is the service and human approach. All of staff are friendly, smiling and create such a total relaxation. We felt like in paradise. We would love to return and hope to see everyone again. We already miss you very much. Thank you all so much for a wonderful holiday and we are looking forward to the next one.

The hotel is lovely, nice view.. However, the services should be up to 5 stars standards. I faced late check in, I had to call twice to clean our rooms, cleaning was not deep at all and other small things here and there.. I think you need to improve managing this hotel.. I would like to thank Elyas for his great help.. he is a good member of staff and thank Sultan for his hospitality
