The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The flexibility of the half board food package was very surprising but so helpful. We could choose between breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch. The breakfast and dinner were buffets at East. The lunch portions for one person at East were enough for 2. The food was very tasty. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful at the beach and pool...and even in the main areas of the hotel. They did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the easy access to the beach with the little kids we had with us. Overall, it was safe, clean and resort I would love to visit again.

Hello! We really liked the hotel, it is new and fresh. Good price and quality level. The staff was very friendly and all my requests were made with smile - the reception are great guys.
The room service is not 5 stars, I think this will be fixed over time. The breakfasts are excellent, the rest wasn’t included. I recommend hotel to everyone if you choose this Emirate!
And swimming pool was very good, area also very big to walk.

Everything was great, from the excellent breakfast and dinner food to the pools and gorgeous room. More importantly, I could see staff doing their best to anticipate and resolve problems, doing their best to help.
A big "thank you!" to Soufiane at the reception who was absolutely amazing at taking care of us.
All in all, a great stay, the best 5* experience I've ever had, I can see that management there is doing their job; I saw this at different levels, for example the manager responsible for breakfast started to help when he saw the team needed help, for sure the general manager knows what he is doing. Well done!
Of course, there are always things that can be improved, looking forward to seeing the improvements next time we go there.
(good to note that there is construction work about 400 meters from the beach into the sea, the view is somewhat affected)

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. From the entrance - valet drivers, doorman, reception staffs, buggy drivers were very attentive and greets you with a smile. Also the lifeguards takes their job seriously, making you feel safe and at ease while your child swims. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. Special mention to Catrina for assisting us. She was very helpful. Also Honey and Lloyd in the East Restaurant were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel! the beach and pool are the top-notch! It's a quiet place if you want to relax and have fun with your friends and family.

We had such amazing stay with our friends on this property. Everything was perfect! From smooth check in with the nicest front desk people to the pools, restaurants and huge rooms. We stayed in 2 queen room and it was probably the largest room I have ever stayed, and very tastefully styled with huge balcony. The service around the pool was excellent. My kids enjoyed kids and teens club a lot, they didn’t want to leave. I would highly suggest staying at this hotel.
