We’ve just left after a 2 night stay. We booked as a little getaway from Dubai with our 9 month old daughter and from the moment we arrived. From the valet to leaving, everything was perfect. The staff truly are 5* and took care of all of our needs and went over and above to ensure we were taken care of and our baby had everything she needed. We cannot wait to return. See you again soon.

We booked in this resort for 2 nights, and it was spectacular!! The amazing spacious villa with pool, the deck, the huge bathtub outside and private beach access... it was amazing... so romantic ... service was amazing... we were attended to instantly upon calling the reception with any issue. Special thanks to Mr. JAVIS FROM THE RESTAURANT....he was very kind and professional... he entertained our anniversary requests and breakfast requests promptly and generously... All in all, our stay was worth every dirham... and we will definitely do it again.. Amina..

Best decision to celebrate my birthday lunch at The Shore House restaurant despite an hour and a half drive from Fujairah. It was a hidden gem that offers luxury, warmth and welcoming ambiance, along with scrumptious food and drinks. From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our cravings and not to mention the generous portions! The food preparation and presentation blew us away! Must try especially the steak. Big thanks to Mr. Joel and staff for making my day memorable.

This is one of my favorite resorts. The service is amazing especially Sufian helped us a lot and the place is so clean and beautiful. We stayed at the villas with a private pool the villa is spacious and can take 3 adults as well as the pool was very private suitable for hijabis and for families. The villa had a direct access to the beach which was a breathtaking view.

I recently had a surprise two-night stay booked for my birthday at the Ritz Carlton Ras Al Khaimah by my husband, and I was very much looking forward to a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. Upon checking in, we discovered that there was construction happening, with heavy machinery or some sort of dredging or excavating in the area adjacent to the beach. The noise was overwhelming and completely disrupted the serene atmosphere one would expect at a luxury resort. We were disappointed to find out that we had not been informed about this situation in advance although apparently the work had started many days before our arrival according to the hotel staff. When we raised our concerns with the staff, we were given a rather unsatisfactory excuse that this was government construction and not directly related to the hotel. While we understand that the hotel cannot control government projects, it is still on their beach or literally adjacent to the hotel’s beach, and we believe that guests should be informed prior to their arrival. It would have allowed us to make an informed decision about whether to stay or opt to stay in another resort. Ultimately, we felt we had no choice but to check out. We had driven over 1.5 hours to get to ras al Khaimah, my birthday surprise was ruined and we had to find another hotel to stay in. The combination of construction noise and the sound of the waves was incredibly frustrating and far from the relaxing experience we were seeking. I urge future guests to be aware of the ongoing construction work adjacent to the beach. It is unfortunate that our special occasion turned into such a disappointment, and I hope the hotel so reputable like the ritz takes the responsibility to inform guests prior to their arrival.
