I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The food, staff, and stay were excellent—truly worth the visit. However, I was disappointed with one aspect: the outdoor play area. The hotel listing on MakeMyTrip showed an image of a vibrant outdoor play zone. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the space was completely empty. On the positive side, the Pirates Club, an indoor play area for kids, was well-maintained and provided a great alternative. My kids enjoyed it thoroughly. To sum up, while the outdoor play area issue was a letdown, the rest of the experience, including the food, staff friendliness, and accommodations, was excellent.

We went with family to this beautiful resort and its such a lovely place to be. The rooms are awesome and best thing was we booked superior room and they upgraded us to suite. That was a great gesture on the employees part. The swimming pool was neat and we all enjoyed swimming. The only drawback is you have to cross the road and then access the beach which generally all resorts have in their property itself. We loved the restaurant there which served great Lebanese food. The buffet breakfast was lavish. In all I recommend this resort to everyone..

My family visits the Aliwan restaurant every day, there is a very large selection of delicious and fresh food. And the staff is very polite and pleasant. We relax with our family and my child is treated here especially kindly. My daughter became friends with Uresha employee Aksana and they have a great time!! The breakfast is very tasty
