The main building and rooms are very well fitted, however, in the room the air conditioning thermostat didn’t work properly, also connecting rooms’ door was jammed, and the night light was blinking, all things that should’ve been checked and fixed before a visitor has to discover them and ask for them to get fixed one by one (which the hotel did). Check-in was not as smooth as expected from such a luxury hotel, there was confusion over the room numbers. The swimming pool has many, many mosaic tiles missing leaving sharp edges in the gaps, the walkways around the pool are a pain to walk on barefoot as there are a lot of dislodged sharp pebbles from the pavement itself. The fake rocks around the pool are an eye sore and a hazard for the kids (the lifeguards constantly busy for this reason). The service at the pool bar is poor, the bartenders do their job but you aren’t getting luxury service, you’re getting grocery store service. The Kids’ club was good and well attended. The breakfast buffet experience was good. The Beachhouse and Mekong restaurants food and service are great. The mangrove forest is nice. The landscaping leaves a lot to be desired, it can be a lot nicer at no extra cost at a resort of this caliber, just not a well designed planting layout and kept below par, they’re the kind of gardens you would find at a cheap resort, the manhole covers are an eye sore. The staff mean well, but this was not a five star experience at all.

Stunning resort! The rooms and service are brilliant. The restaurants are very lovely. The beach is great. My only pet peeve was that the main pool was very shallow and the way to enter the pool was a bit slippery. Other than that, great all round.

Although I didn't have the pleasure of staying at this hotel myself, I am compelled to share the extraordinary experience I had with the staff at this hotel and my sister had during her birthday celebration. From my interactions with the staff, it is clear that this hotel sets the gold standard for exceptional service.
I contacted the hotel to arrange a special surprise for my sister, and the response was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond by organising a complimentary lunch that was both exquisite and generous.They also decorated her room with stunning touches, including cakes and treats that truly elevated her special day. My sister was thrilled with the thoughtful and meticulous arrangements, which made her stay incredibly memorable.
The hotel's facilities are simply breathtaking. From what I've seen and heard, the ambiance and aesthetics of the property are nothing short of magnificent. It would be a genuine honor for me to experience such beauty and excellence firsthand.
The dedication and care shown by the staff not only ensured a fantastic birthday celebration for my sister but also made me eager to stay at this remarkable hotel in the future. I really hope I have the pleasure to do so one day.

A fantastic family holiday with superb wheelchair accessibility. The staff have gone above and beyond, with fantastic service from Scott, Yasith and Mary Ann. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough. The facilities, pool, and restaurant are all top quality. We will be back!

Stunning beach, delicious food, and a cheerful staff. The perfect place for a quick family getaway from the city.
Mekong was extremely delicious, and we had a great time thanks to the friendliness of the staff.
The pool is decent, and the rooms were exceptional.
The whole area is beautiful and well designed. A beautiful place to go especially when the weather is nice.
