We chose this resort based on the 5 star rating and I must say that we made the right decision! The location of this resort is perfect for relaxation and there is a lot of greenery! Everything here looks very well maintained and clean, the staff always tries to keep everything tidy, they really try to do only the best for the guests. Despite the fact that there are a lot of people here right now, the staff has my great admiration, because despite the chaos they still smile and do only the best for us. If you choose all inclusive, you get all kinds of food, there is a truly incredible selection of food that I can't believe it! from desserts to all kinds of meat, a rich selection of vegetables and fruits, a constant supply of water and drinks and the food is constantly replenished. Once again, I want to say that the staff has my great admiration and I wish them to continue to do well and constantly move forward! You can find all kinds of activities here, you can go for a massage, to the hairdresser, get a facial, go to the gym, the staff is very friendly everywhere and they will be happy to help you with everything. Thank you for everything you do for us and we will definitely visit you again sometime!

We have been to other hotel resort here in RAK, but by far cove rotana is the best! We love the villa type apartments, it gives the vibe that your in another country. The beach is amazing. You can relax and enjoy the nature view. We love that you care and look after all the animals in the resort, specially the cats. Friendly and accommodating staffs. We will sure come back again! This resort is one of a kind.

This place is absolutely beautiful,the landscape,beach it reminds me of Greece
We were welcomed by Sydney I thought he honest to God was expecting us in person he told us the places to go to immediately we arrived because we checked in a little late.
The room pictures need updating they are older than they appear but nonetheless clean and comfortable.
We did all inclusive and I think it was the best idea the buffet was a surprise each meal that we looked forward to because of the variety a little more of seafood would be nice 😊
I don’t know if they were a little under staffed but at the bars we kept having to go get our drinks and no on table replenishment was done most of the time,
All in all I would definitely go back this place is too gorgeous to be left empty!

This place is amazing.
If looking for a great relaxing break with amazing g views, choice of pools, great bbqs and and endless sandy beach. Then make your way there.
Stayed in a suite and plenty of room. Lovely balcony to enjoy an evening In. Bathroom was massive with a lovely big walk in shower.
Restaurants on site brilliant and the entire team look after you like royalty.
Great stay and I will be back.

Our stay at the Cove Rotana was very disappointing and way below the standard of a 5 star hotel. The service and the staff attitude was unprofessional and not as you would expect for the price you pay. The receptionist insisted that we didn't book the room I said we booked until I showed her the booking conformation. She seemed dismissive and not professional. She tried to sell us the all inclusive package, which we ended up paying for, only to realize that the term all inclusive was misleading. We eventually had to pay extras. The room was not as clean as expected. The shower has mold and the room smelled like it. Upon check out, we were asked to pay extra amount because the receptionist made a mistake and charged us less for the "all inclusive package"..this was the cherry on top..
This is not to mention the unfriendly staff in general, and the attempts of staff trying to sell you massages on the beach, which felt to me more like a tourists trap than a relaxing weekend.
All in all, this place definitely overpriced for what it offers, and doesn't deserve 5 stars.
So disappointing because the location is very nice and the views are as well..
