Beautiful resort. From the moment we arrived a quick reception, once checked in we were quickly transferred to the villa though the golf cart.
They provide complimentary bicycles for all guests, and it was a pleasant ride within the resort.
There are many ghazals moving around the resort, you can see a few videos.
The room villa / room was huge, the pool is small but temperature controlled and inviting.
The breakfast and meals are all wonderful.
A very good experience.

Beautiful resort with animals grazing all over! The best customer service! The heated pool was large and perfect for relaxing at. The room was spacious and comfortable. The falcon show was entertaining and worth going. Each room has bikes for the family to use. The food at the restaurants were delicious (we didn’t try Zuma), however the only complaint was the room service was below average but they were extremely apologetic- I wouldn’t recommend ordering in room dining.

Dinner at the Farmhouse was a highlight, with each dish perfectly crafted and full of flavor, making it an unforgettable culinary experience. Our villa was a peaceful oasis beautifully designed with elegant touches that blended luxury with comfort. The serene atmosphere and classy style truly set it apart, creating a perfect escape.
There are wonderful activities nearby, but the star-gazing experience was the most magical part of our trip.

Don't get me wrong—it's a great place to visit. The natural surroundings are stunning, and there's plenty to see. Thanks to Gabriel for the wildlife experience tour on arrival.
However, the hotel itself is quite dated, and the service falls short of a five-star experience. It was quite disappointing; we waited 45 minutes for a baggy, having to call and remind them every ten minutes. The breakfast offered was sparse and certainly didn't meet five-star standards. Overall, I don't plan to return. You can stay there for a day but not over night.
We had a pool desert villa. The villa was huge but the bed was not comfortable.
The reception doesnt welcome you as they should for a 5star hotel. There is no recommendation on what to do when the villa / room is not ready. You are not treated on a 5 star standard!
I will, however, revisit the Zuma Pop-Up restaurant, although it's unrelated to the Ritz Carlton.
