Lovely stay, swim up rooms were lovely and quiet.
Great entertainment during the day with music. Evening entertainment shows were great too.
Not always the cleanest in the corridors but the cleaners were lovely and staff were very helpful

Stayed for 10 nights at the beginning of July and will hopefully return in 2025. We had 2 family rooms which were massive! Cleaned every day with new towels. Zero faults about the rooms we stayed in.
The all inclusive food was fresh with plenty of choice. We had something different each day. Do not listen to the moaners about the food! The kids loved the pools and water slides and the hotel staff were lovely. Hopefully be back in 2025.

Spent a week here early September, upgraded to the swim up room and was lovely. Good location 10 min walk from beach and bars and restaurants all real close.
Food is exactly what you expect from all inclusive you won't starve but I'd go out every evening if you can. Friendly staff and clean rooms every morning. Will come back 🤙

Arrived and was taken to a twin room even
though my booking clearly said a double
This was rectified quickly. Pool area is nice
out sunbeds were overcrowded literally 4
rows of sunbeds with no gaps between the
beds. Fortunately October was quiet so
could spread out
Towards the end of the 1st week a
conference from a university course of
retired hotel managers turned up, the
hotel went from nearly empty to full
capacity. The upstairs restaurant was
closed, other guests said it had only
closed the week before. So all the hotel
was in the downstairs restaurant.
All of the food was poor. Nothing was hot.
All the vegetables were served in oil.
With these turks turning up, you couldn't
get a table and if you did they would put
their items on your table, take things off of
your table. They pushed you out of their
way to get to food and on one morning a
man tried pushing the que for omlettes
and stated shouting at the girl making
them when she told him and pointed to the
que.
The only bar area was the pool bar so
unfortunately no where nice to sit in an
evening. Until the conference arrived all drinks were served in plastic glasses but
some come out for the duration they were
at the hotel. Couldn't get a table at the
bar in evening as they moved all the
tables, completely blocking walk ways.
One evening I did get a table, as I travel
solo I left my possessions including phone
and hoodie on the table to go to the toilet,
come back to a woman sat at the table
with my hoodie still in front of her.
What could be a good hotel espessially
vith its location a short walk from the strip
and beach is let down by the food and
hosting the conference upset many of the
guests. Many complaints, including from
the staff. Real bad planning and
management by the managers

I would avoid staying here. This is not a 4 star hotel. You cannot use all the pools advertised. Rooms are well below satisfactory, with leaking pipes under the sink, leaking air conditioning units, and the food is sub par.
When I raised my issues to the hotel manager and called the booking company he shouted at me and my friends in the hotel lobby and told us to leave the hotel....I am still chasing the refund 2 weeks later.
