Family stayed here towards the end of August. The location is fabulous. Service was decent for what you pay. I think can do with freshening up as they are a bit outdated and needs some TLC. Staff were very polite and friendly. Many didn’t speak much English but really tried hard to communicate with you. Buffet was nice and varied day to day so wasn’t the same all the time. Pool is pretty small but clean. Only gripe we had wa that the slide is only on twice a day and for about an hour each time.

Spent a week in One club from 29/07-04/08.There were 4 of us ,2 adults and 2 teenagers. We have had the worst experience ever.
Rooms were spacious but dirty.Rooms were cleaned once only ,and that's after us going to the reception twice to ask using a Google translator as reception people couldn't speak English.
Kids play area ,not that we have used it,but it's falling apart. There was a rubbish bag next to our block when we arrived and it was still there when we were leaving.
Hose pipes are lying around, causing a hazard.
Pool is OK apart from the chemicals they are using to clean it,as some people developed burns on their skin.
Pool was shut for 24 hours as apparently someone decided to use it as a toilet overnight. No extra trips were arranged to the beach or an alternative hotel offered to use facilities for the day.
Food was horrible ,no toast option in the morning, only so many eggs you can eat.Flies all over cakes, salads and nothing is covered.
One night, they have had a fire in the kitchen, we were using our torches to see what food is there.
Drinks are all watered down ,and all inclusive alcohol options are only 5.No ice cream for the kids ,no snacks ,no shop or wending machines.
No entertainment at night, guest were doing their own.No music by the pool,no animation throughout the day.
Beach bar is only serving soft drinks, coffee and lunch witch is big slice of bread, salad and a slice of cheese, no alternative options to people who have dietary requirements.
The only way getting to the village is by taxi, which is £5 one way as its not safe walking.
Shower was blocked ,so only one person could have a proper shower ,the other would have to wait for almost an hour.
Towels that they give you by using cards look like an old kitchen towel.
I have been visiting Turkey many times but this was definitely the worst.I will not be returning here ever again.
As one staff member said to me ,you came to a budget hotel ,if you want something posh ,go to a 5 star hotel and pay double.
It wasn't cheap this holiday and we do work very hard in order to go away once a year.
Came back not rested and very disappointed

I’ve just arrived and this place is an absolute mess and sorely disappointing. Unfortunately I trusted Loveholidays when booking, but should have read the reviews first. Now that I’ve read them, I can see why there are so many 1*s. The place is dirty and falling apart, and the all-inclusive is not really all-inclusive, it has a cut off point. I have no idea how it can be called a 4* (I’ve stayed in many), and this doesn’t even come close. 1* at best on first impressions. If you’ve booked, I would contact your holiday provider and book elsewhere.

Just arrived back from a lovely week staying at The One Club, all the staff are great and can't do enough for you, the food was really good and plenty of it! Yes the hotel rooms need an update and some small issues need sorting but they do the job, rooms are cleaned everyday if you want it, if you have any issues they are very quick to get it resolved! but the new owner, manager and staff are working very hard to get this hotel to where they want it to be and I have no doubt that they will, me and my wife would definitely return and stay here again don't look at old reviews and be put off, give this place a go!

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like very basic 3 star. We always go all inclusive as its easier, however, this is the most boring all inclusive i have ever been to. The breakfast was just awful, flies all over the food that was laid out, which is enough to put anyone off, they have coffee & cake at 5pm, which was a table with 2 small plates of cake & biscuits on it they were tasteless and looked like they'd been shop bought. Lunch was slightly better, but would be helpful to know what you’re eating. The pool bar serves drinks from 10am, however the drinks machine was broken, so we were being served flat warm drinks from bottles until it gets fixed. Opting for all inclusive means we always have a snack bar, which is one thing you wont get here…so dont expect icecreams etc or you’ll be let down. All in all we wont returning
