Positives:
• Annex room with private pool it was modern, clean and well worth the extra we paid for it.
• Evening meals and snacks so much variety and cooked to perfection every night.
• Facilities was clean and well maintained.
• The lad driving the transport from the annex to the main complex, cooks, cleaners, spa staff and management was worth their weight in gold, nothing was too much trouble.
Minor bad points:
• Pools are seriously cold and it wasn’t just our private pool that was they all were we did go in late October so it could be that but I’d have honestly paid an extra £100 on the price of the holiday for them to connect a heater to the pumps or something 😂
• Breakfast, don’t get me wrong there is plenty of choice again but I like a full English and I assume sausage and bacon wasn’t on the menu due to religious reasons which I understand and it wasn’t really a bad point we just had a few lazy mornings in and waited for the snack bar to open.
• The water park they really need to advertise the opening and closing dates we went last week in October but it had shut mid October again it didn’t really bother us too much we still had a lovely time and will be back just hope management look at installing heaters in the pools

I want to give it 4 and a half, it's almost perfect, close to all amenities, well trained and super friendly staff who endeavour to meet your needs, and top quality food with plenty of variety.
We are on the doorstep of the local mosque, so if you're a light sleeper, you will be woken by the call to prayer, but honestly it's a minor problem. The views of the mountains are stunning and you're close to everything of entertainment value

Excellent hotel, staff very warm, friendly and helpful. Good food, abd coctails at least 3 swimming pools and entertainment team were excellent and outside entertainers very talented. We played Bingo twice and won twice which is amazing as we've never played bingo before. Swim up room was lovely. Went to Aqua park Excellent for families and it wasn't over crowded or big ques. Also very good location for shops and restaurants although all inclusive didn't need outside restaurants 😀

Lovely hotel. Grounds are immaculate..it really felt like paradise. Staff in restaurant areas are superb.. reception are very helpful
perfect service. Not much choice of cocktails. Went across the road , and had an amazing frozen banana dacquri. Being old, we missed the entertainment which started too late for us. Kids entertainment was top class. The turkish bath was a bit of a let down. The girls spoke over us, laughing, and joking with a male member of staff. I literally got a couple of shoves with one hand as she could not be bothered to massage me. Too busy paying attention to her collegues. This was a shame as I had really been looking foward to it. The male how ever gave my husband a marvelous massage, and really made him feel pampered. The views of the mountains from the hotel were spectacular. We only visited the water park once. For drinks and food it cost us a small fortune. The place was like being in a disney movie set. Really good.
