Amazing hotel! The room was so big, beautiful design. The pool area is fun, lots of place to hang, took kayaks for free and enjoyed the view. 20 min walk (with kids!) to the night market in Lamai. Our son was injured in the water slide and the staff kept asking about him and sending him stuff. We also enjoyed a cooking class in the hotel as part of the deal we bought and we super liked it! Also the kids club is great, the gaming room and the free cocktails happy hour. It was so hard leaving this hotel…

just returned from an 8 day stay.
a wonderful, peaceful place. quiet enough to rest, yet a short walk or tuktuk to vibrant city life. the rooms and pools were excellent!
there is nothing we can say that would do the staff enough justice for their gentle kindness and service.
we thank them all, but a special mention of the beautiful Kawee who looked after us without fail. An unforgettable man.
Thank you to ALL.

In general this hotel is not feeling like a 5 star hotel compared to international standards. I would rate it as 3-4 on an international scale.
The rooms are clean but not modern or of high quality. If you look at the right spots they even are not clean.
The air conditioning is horrible loud. You can’t fall asleep while it’s turned on
The breakfast is ok and staff is friendly.
Be careful with pricing. They have different pricing on their website and the known booking portals. The price on their website includes a so called Thai dinner and two complementary drinks. Finally that means if you visit with 2 person you get a 2- dinner for one person to share with both and basically it is street food which you can get in better quality at every small restaurant located at the roads. I think that’s the way to reject the offered best price guarantee…
A big advantage is the free parking lot. The staff is very friendly and the pool area is quite nice.
Overall the hotel is too expensive for the offered quality…
Last year we booked the Thai Fight Hotel. This hotel was definitely playing in a higher league… and was half the price.

Located at Lamai beach this hotel has a variety of rooms to offer. We booked a room for 4 people and the room was spacious with a lot of windows for natural light.
Lots of options for the little ones, including pools, pool slide, kid's place and kid's activities.
The breakfast buffet is great, and the restaurant by the pool offers really good food although a bit expensive and with small portions.
The staff are great, and the service is amazing. GREAT experience overall.

The room you get is great, the breakfast is good, especially the guy making eggs to order. Location is by all means good if you prefer quiet, but it’s bit away from the goings on in Lamai.
What we did not like about the hotel was the pool service.
1. The attendees almost never came over to take orders. We could sit entire days without being approached once.
2. This one attendee was like a hawk looking for brought water bottles, cause apparently bringing a water bottle in this heat, in this sun, when attendees almost never come over and staying hydrated is of utmost importance is well, not important.
3. Prices! Now I understand that bringing in food and other beverages is not ok with the hotel, but water? And at what cost! One bottle of water 0,5l is 80 bath! In 7/11 it’s 10! You get a full Thai meal for the above price, completely absurd. Either allow water or reduce price. This annoyed us to no end to be honest as we go through 6-8 bottles in a long sitting. We payed a lot for the hotel, they should allow water to be brought.
4. In addition all sitting areas in the hotel are outside, and after breakfast the hotel turns off the fans and light in the breakfast sitting area which forces you if you want to get out of your room and still stay at the hotel to go the pool area, where you can’t bring anything to eat or drink. We often wanted to lounge outside of our room but there was no sitting area to do so. Fans in pool area lounge barely work anyways. This disappointed us quite a bit because we chose this hotel for the amenities to have stuff to do in the rain season.
