What a lovely hotel!
I returned here after 7 years and it was as great as I remember. They have beautifully maintained lush territory, superb beach facilities with great sand. Room was spacious and beautifully maintained.
What made the stay truly special - the staff - every single team member we interacted were so welcoming and friendly - it felt that we are at St Regis hotel rather than Sheraton :)
Great stay - will be gladly coming back. Such a great value for money!

Have 3 nights at this hotel. First of all, it must be said that the staff are incredibly nice, smiling and they take extremely good care of their guests. Many hotels can learn from that. The hotel is placed very good but very old. It’s built in Mediterranean style and in many ways charming, but it needs updating. It is not the luxury hotel it once was. It’s not a 5star hotel. The rooms are worn and in need of renovation. The pool areas are excellent and the beach is beautiful. The breakfast is good and nothing is missing. Would I come back here again? Maybe, but now there is so many nice luxury hotels, and until they will consider renovation, I am not sure.

With spacious sea views rooms, beachfront restaurants and bars with delicious food, a Balinese-inspired spa, a 24/7 gym and outdoor tennis court and special activities for kids, this resort had all we wanted for a great stay in Samui. This beautiful property also has multiple waterfalls which add to its tropical charm.
Their beachfront restaurant serves some of the best Thai food we have eaten.
The staff is really warm and helpful and service is great. I had a wonderful stay here.

Really dissatisfied with this experience. Nothing about this Sheraton reflects a 5 start hotel. The rooms are outdated, run down, sockets don’t work, walls stained, pillows smells, bathroom badly needs revocation, dirty grouts, drain holes not sealed. TV with limited channels, volume isn’t audible. Air conditioners blow hard and loud at the lowest setting. Right on your face when you’re lying on bed, it is either freezing cold or hot, to top that ours was dripping water. It’s just badly maintained. Wish I read the reviews when my husband booked this place, it seems like the same problems existed previously, and it seems nothing has been done about it. I was referred to the facility manager who lacked the ability to handle the complaint, he was not even apologetic about the state of the room and kept giving excuses about managing 200 rooms, and stated bluntly “you have two options 1- to fix the issues in the room 2- switch to another room and possibly face the same problem". He ended up providing us with an extension socket, which didn’t solve the problem as the socket it self in the room is loose and doesn’t grip the socket for it to work. He sent house keeping to clean the room, he never followed up on the issues. The food was below satisfactory. Bland and tasteless.
I have to say that the highlight of the stay was Mr. Nu who drove the cart and was always pleasant and welcoming, the staff in general are kind. Please ignore the photos posted here, they are misleading. I was looking forward to a good time at this “resort” but I simply didn’t.

Everything in this hotel was a bit off except for the staff that was very polite. The food was absolutely terrible - impressive how one can mess up even a fruit platter (there was a slice of rotting watermelon at the very bottom)! The pork neck was well… pork but definitely not neck and the curry had maybe a three drops of sauce. Oh and we dined with the company of a friendly mouse that kept coming under our table as we were eating! The room was big and had a nice view but the usb outlets did not work and most plugs didn’t either. There was no ‘do not disturb sign’. The towels were worn out some of them with holes. We had asked to rent a scooter before we arrived and were told it’s not possible only to find out they had a renting counter at the lobby! It felt like a hotel that may have been nice many years ago but is soon to be sold off. Would not recommend.
