I recently visited for breakfast as an outside guest, and I must say — it was an absolutely delightful experience! The breakfast buffet had such a wide and impressive selection, with a great mix of both international and local dishes. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out even more was the warm and welcoming service from the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, making me feel just as valued as an in-house guest. A special thank you to Chef COCO, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Chef COCO took time to make sure guests were happy and satisfied, which truly added a personal touch to the whole experience. Although I wasn’t staying at the hotel, I felt completely welcomed. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast — not only for the delicious food, but also for the lovely atmosphere and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

We spent our honeymoon at Sheraton Koh Samui and couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness that made us feel truly special. The resort is a little corner of paradise: stunning sea views, immaculate cleanliness, and beautifully maintained surroundings. Breakfast was simply delicious, with plenty of variety and impeccable service every day. Our honeymoon was unforgettable and we are so grateful for the care and attention we received. Highly recommended for couples looking for romance, relaxation, and top-class hospitality.

I was surprised with the mix reviews - but we found both our rooms well maintained (no bed bugs), roomy and very comfortable. It’s definitely and older property, but it adds to the charm of the place (everything is solid wood and feels great). We ordered in a couple of times, used the beach bar (which was great) and the breakfast was fantastic on all 3 days we stayed here. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I think they have a great work ethic in the hotel here.

Rooms although spacious are tired and need an update. Drawers in wardrobe didn’t work, doors on cabinets are chipped and in need of repair. The biggest issue with this hotel is the service (or lack thereof). Poolside service was slow and no one ever cleaned up or took away empty glasses/dirty plates etc - you could arrive at the pool in the morning and there would be dirty glassware, half eaten food sitting there from the day before. It needs a decent manager to go in and train staff properly and be more customer focused. The beachfront location is lovely and is the main attraction for this hotel.

Stayed there last week and it was THE best experience of my life. I read so many mixed reviews that I was not sure if I am making the right call specially with my pregnant wife but I am so glad that I booked it and even extended my stay. The place has such a beautiful resort vibe with perfect soft sand beach. They also happily chauffeur you around in buggies. Being a gold member, they upgraded us and also allowed late check-in. Definitely a must must visit place.
