This is a wonderful resort for a beach side retreat. My husband and I stayed here in December 2024 for three nights. The staff is wonderful, the room looked out to the Gulf of Thailand, and the restaurants are great. Chloe at the reception deserves a mention, she went above and beyond to help us. I slipped and sprained my ankle, and we asked Chloe for some ice, and she actually brought the medic back. Beyond this, the spa is beautiful and we had the pleasure of getting the "essential" Thai massages. My husband and I are also grateful to the Chef for making a custom vegetarian menu for our "dine under the stars" special dinner. All in all, caring staff, beach location, and great food. Perfect for a vacation.

A stunning seaside resort that offers the perfect escape for relaxation & rejuvenation. One of the highlights of my stay was the Blue Monkey, a charming spot where you can sip cocktails by the beach while soaking in the mesmerizing view of the waves. For lunch, I dined at Long Talay, which serves delectable & authentic Thai cuisine, paired with outstanding service from the staff. Breakfast at Coco Scoop was another treat, offering a wide variety of options, including an impressive salad bar. This resort truly delivers exceptional value & is well worth a visit.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we honestly don't know how this place gets bad reviews. Our room was great, the breakfast buffet was top notch with so many good options. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The property is well played out with 2 pools and a bar right down near the beach with a nice happy hour from 4-6pm! We will definitely return in the future!!!

What a lovely hotel! I returned here after 7 years and it was as great as I remember. They have beautifully maintained lush territory, superb beach facilities with great sand. Room was spacious and beautifully maintained. What made the stay truly special - the staff - every single team member we interacted were so welcoming and friendly - it felt that we are at St Regis hotel rather than Sheraton :) Great stay - will be gladly coming back. Such a great value for money!

We had the most amazing beach vacation experience at Sheraton Samui in December 2024. We stayed here for a total of four days and it was worth every penny. - Sheraton has The best beach access amongst all other luxury resorts on the island (we checked thoroughly on Google maps- no corals or sharp undergrowth on the sea bed here!)The strip of sand is narrow which means you are a few steps away from both the sea as well as the poolside bar and restaurant. Great for enjoying a swim as well as great F&B service from the convenience of your sun lounger. They provide beach towels as well. - the staff here is extremely courteous and they seem to be quite genuine about it, delivering excellent service. We would specially like to thank May at the reception desk for looking after our well being. The room service was also regular and prompt. - The breakfast spread was incredible- an entire room full of salads and fruits. The views from the breakfast rooms were amazing. The lunch and dinner items were good too, wish they’d have a few more vegetarian items in the main courses. We ate most of our meals at the hotel and liked the continental menu more than the Thai. - Our sea- view rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean with a large bathroom and balcony. The decor throughout the hotel was very classy and elegant with dark woodwork and pretty chandeliers and light soothing wall colours and furniture. The resort was very clean and well maintained with meandering pathways with a huge banyan tree and fish ponds and tennis courts and greenery. - The spa was another highlight of our trip. The masseuse was so skilled and the ambience very soothing and luxurious. Would highly recommend the spa to everyone. - The resort is a decent sized property built on a hillside, not as large as few other resorts, but very peaceful with shops and eateries nearby. -They have a dedicated desk for exploring tours and experiences on the island, as well as for arranging cabs for guests. - It’s only 15 mins from the airport . Free hotel shuttle takes you to central mall for more food and shopping options. The samui airport departure area is also very charming and great for some last minute shopping. - Overall, the experience was so soothing and luxurious that we’d like to return someday.
