We stayed a week at the hotel and it was really amazing. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect with the kids. The rooms are beautiful and very large. The service is absolutely fabulous and exactly what you expect from a Hyatt. There was a small issue with the hot water which was resolved very quickly and handled very professionally by the guest relation. The food is great and the beach is a dream. We‘ll come back for sure!

This was my first time staying at Park Hyatt and WOW! From the moment my wife and I arrived to the hotel, we were treated like a king and queen. We celebrated our honeymoon and New Year's at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi! We arrived later at night on NYE and from the second we stepped out of the taxi, the staff was welcoming us and grabbing our bags. I used points + suite upgrade for a Park Suite, and was further upgraded to an Ocean Suite with an incredible view of Saadiyat Beach. After checking-in, we were taken to our room in a golf cart! And when we walked in, my wife was totally surprised. With the help of Guest Experience Specialist, Zinia, there was a fruit bowl, wine, treats, and pictures from our wedding with roses all around waiting for us! We arranged this surprise via email before our arrival. She helped make this even trip more special! We then settled in and got ready for the New Year's Emerald Night Gala, which is mandatory for all guests staying on December 31st, but well worth the price! This gala is attended by all hotel guests and all hotel staff - one huge party. All restaurants on the property are closed, and there is a massive buffet with steak, lobster, traditional Mediterranean food, and much more. There's live music, decorations, and unlimited drinks (especially champagne). They can't have fireworks but we saw some nearby but overall was a special way to start the honeymoon and 2025! The hotel (a resort really) is gorgeous and it's so easy to relax. Whether it's lounging by the pool, jogging along the beach, eating delicious food at The Cafe or Mate, or just enjoying the nice shower and bathtub, the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is the perfect escape from everything. The staff goes above and beyond for you. Every time we sat by the pool or entered the beach, they had bags of water bottles ready for us. At breakfast every morning, they were so kind and attentive. There were many families staying at the property, and the staff made the kids feel more special. If you're looking at exploring different parts of Abu Dhabi or even Dubai, I suggest renting a car as parking is included. And if you want a tropical escape and to be treated like royalty, I would absolutely recommend staying at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi!

It was an incredibly wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, the room was super comfortable, they cared about small details their is a pillow menu in the room with to many kinds of pillows to ensure you have a good sleep and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. In the evening, the staff personally delivered complimentary gifts to all the rooms, which added a wonderful and sweet touch to our stay. Also in the morning, the housekeeping gave us a compliment gift which was a Hermes body lotion it was a cute thing from them, in general The atmosphere and the room were so comfortable that we didn't even feel the need to go out; we simply relaxed and enjoyed everything. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the swimming pool wasn't clean, so we didn't get to enjoy it. Despite that, the welcoming, smiling faces and exceptional service of the staff have left a lasting impression, making us eager to return to this hotel.

A pretty good hotel! There are a couple of restaurants but it could use another option or two, or maybe some nice special options like a brunch. The breakfast is amazing, and the location is perfect, right on the beach. The rooms are also decent. It’s hard to think of what could make this four stars, and I think the five stars is well enough deserved

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and good food. The beach is lovely, the beach bar is great. Nice pool. I can’t find anything. It is a little far from everything but expected since it is located on a new island that is still being developed.
