We stayed a week at the hotel and it was really amazing. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect with the kids. The rooms are beautiful and very large. The service is absolutely fabulous and exactly what you expect from a Hyatt. There was a small issue with the hot water which was resolved very quickly and handled very professionally by the guest relation. The food is great and the beach is a dream. We‘ll come back for sure!

The hotel is wonderful and the staff are amazing. This place is just so good. Does it have any faults? Of course, nothing is perfect in life, but if I am truly honest, the only real complaint was how expensive the soft drinks are. I understand that alcohol is expensive, but soft drinks like 7UP and Diet Coke? The staff are amazing and so helpful. The pool areas are amazing, and the beach is just stunning and not overcrowded. The food for our entire stay was just superb 👌 😋. There is a golf course close by, but please beware it has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel will arrange tee times for you and kindly drop you there also. The course at the moment (Sept 2014) is only open on the front 9 holes as they are doing a huge redesign of the back 9 holes. The course on the front 9 was good, but the greens were very poor and being worked on as we were there. Should have got discount for the condition of the greens. The hotel is well worth staying at, and we will 100% stay there again when we next visit Abu Dhabi. All in all, a beautiful time was had by my wife and myself for our 40th anniversary celebrations.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and good food. The beach is lovely, the beach bar is great. Nice pool. I can’t find anything. It is a little far from everything but expected since it is located on a new island that is still being developed.

We stayed for a long weekend. And we loved it so much. Facilities and rooms are in a great shape. Restaurants are top notch and managed excellent. Beach is amazing. All staff including security made us feel very special. Overall, we are impressed by the quality of hospitality

It was an incredibly wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, the room was super comfortable, they cared about small details their is a pillow menu in the room with to many kinds of pillows to ensure you have a good sleep and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. In the evening, the staff personally delivered complimentary gifts to all the rooms, which added a wonderful and sweet touch to our stay. Also in the morning, the housekeeping gave us a compliment gift which was a Hermes body lotion it was a cute thing from them, in general The atmosphere and the room were so comfortable that we didn't even feel the need to go out; we simply relaxed and enjoyed everything. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the swimming pool wasn't clean, so we didn't get to enjoy it. Despite that, the welcoming, smiling faces and exceptional service of the staff have left a lasting impression, making us eager to return to this hotel.
