A Memorable Stay at Khalidiya Rotana Our stay at Khalidiya Hotel Rotana was nothing short of amazing. From the pristine accommodations to the outstanding facilities, every detail was crafted for comfort and relaxation. What truly made our visit special was the incredible staff. Sophie’s attentiveness, Nisso’s warm recommendations, and Omar’s seamless assistance made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Their kindness and dedication turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

I stayed here with my family over the winter holidays and had a very relaxing time. The service is very good, there is always someone available to assist you in the room, reception, pool and spa. Abdul Rahman and Arshad were incredibly helpful and helped make our stay special. The rooms and communal areas have high standards of cleanliness. The only downside was that the food service was consistently slow, whether it was to the room or pool, likely because the hotel was fully booked and they were very busy. However the restaurants are great and the service is quick. The breakfast buffet has a huge number of options, so get there early and make the most of it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. After a very exhausting flight, we were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. As for dining, I would recommend adding Indian cuisine to the room service à la carte menu. While the buffet options were good, the food served to the room was just okay. Thank you for the fantastic experience and unforgettable memories! See you soon!

We recently stayed at the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana and were truly impressed with the entire experience. Although the hotel is slightly older, it is impeccably maintained, and the rooms were cleaned to perfection – as spotless as if it were our first stay. We had only booked breakfast, which was more than sufficient. Despite the hotel being fully booked, we always found a seat outdoors on the lovely terrace, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. The staff was outstanding – extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. This high level of service significantly enhanced our stay. The overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional and deserves special mention. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Abu Dhabi. We hope to return soon!

The breakfast at the hotel was truly a decadent and luxurious spread. Already a 10/10, catering to the needs of every person in the room, it was only made so much better by the truly excellent service of Faysal, who made sure that we were always taken care of and in want for nothing! I'm definitely going to recommend this place to everyone and come back again.
