Our stay was truly unforgettable. The pool and beach access were excellent, the room was spacious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve chosen for a staycation. The food also stood out—it was the best we’ve experienced among all the Rotana hotels we’ve visited. A special mention to Vanessa from F&B, who was very accommodating. She was the only staff member who informed us about the kids’ dining area for my toddler, who wasn’t comfortable in the main buffet. This made a huge difference for us, as it allowed him to enjoy his meal while we could walk around the buffet comfortably. Unfortunately, although many staff saw me carrying my child while managing my own plates, no one else mentioned this option.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff all around the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and even playing with the kids, which made the atmosphere so warm and welcoming(thank u amino , Rona ,and anotther curly woman {sorry forgot your name , maybe Marta }). The kids’ club was nice and enjoyable, and the food was decent, though it could use a little improvement. In the afternoon, the pool area becomes shaded, which makes it very pleasant and relaxing. Overall, great value for the price – we will definitely come back again! :)

We booked this stay a day before to celebrate our anniversary. I've mentioned the event we're celebrating. We we're surprised by the complementary cake and romantic bed arrangement they set up and upgraded our room. My wife was so happy. The hotel room was nice and has big space, beach is only nearby, pools are big and clean and all staff from reception to housekeeping for our requests all were accommodating. We'd like to thank Ms Rona of Horizon Restaurant for assisting us from dinner to breakfast. All food is good with many options. It was a truly great stay. My wife is looking forward for our next Rotana hotel stay.

This is a nice place for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly. The service and hospitality are impressive, especially when you realize that it’s not intrusive and not done just for tips, like, for example, in Egypt. The location is convenient — you can go for walks, and it’s also very quick and inexpensive to get to the city center or the mall by taxi. I lowered my rating mainly because of the food. First, the fruits at dinner were not very fresh — it felt like the leftover watermelon from breakfast was simply cut up for dinner. As for desserts, there were no familiar sweets, mostly sponge cakes. It would also be nice if the products were changed at least twice a day, because having the same food all the time gets boring. Another suggestion would be to place speakers by the pools so there would at least be some music. Overall, I had a good impression. I will recommend it, but I probably wouldn’t come back myself, as there was nothing particularly surprising or breathtaking. Thank you.

We came for buffet dinner on Italian night and absolutely loved it!! We were very surprised and impressed at the selection and quality of food on display considering the very reasonable price - only 155aed per person! On top, all selections of drinks were available, including tea and coffee - all within this same price!! We were warmly welcomed from the beginning of our experience, from the courteous valet to the bubbly manager Ms Regine, who made our night! To Iqbal our kind and friendly server and Ms Martha at check out - thank you thank you!! We loved the evening and definitely will be back again!
