We had an amazing family vacation at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa! The resort is beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms and fantastic facilities. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service. Ahmad at the reception went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The dining options were delicious, and the kids loved the pool and activities. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

The hotel is perfect for those who are looking for Yas Land summer offers.. the lobby is amazing.. the breakfast was really perfect and so many choices are there.. the room for 4 persons is really wide.. the toilet is divided into 3 parts so its easy to use for 4 persons. They offer 2 queen beds but the beds are not much wide. They need to change the carpet so it would look and feel better

I recently stayed at a hotel in Abu Dhabi and wanted to share my experience.
**Pros:**
First, the hotel is good in terms of room size, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations. The reception service is not bad, and the available amenities are satisfactory.
**Cons:**
1. **Restaurant Issues:** The restaurant responsible for breakfast leaves much to be desired. The food variety is limited, and the quality of the baked goods is subpar.
2. **Unprofessional Staff:** The administrative staff in the restaurant, especially Regina at the cashier and her assistant (whose name I did not catch), are highly unprofessional. I reported their behavior to the hotel management. They exhibit childish behavior and make sarcastic faces behind guests' backs, which is unacceptable.
3. **Inappropriate Fire Alarm Drill:** The most important note for me about the hotel is the fake fire alarm drill. It occurred at a very inconvenient time—one of the busiest days at the hotel. The alarm started at 9:00 am, a very loud and piercing sound, which scared my children, particularly my 10-month-old baby. The alarm continued for 20 minutes, from 9:00 am to 9:20 am. This was not a smart choice, as they should select more appropriate times, such as in the afternoon, rather than during breakfast when the hotel is crowded with guests.
In summary, while the hotel has good room sizes and acceptable reception services, the breakfast experience and the unprofessional behavior of some restaurant staff were disappointing. Moreover, the poorly timed fire alarm drill significantly impacted our stay.

We as a family had the worst customer service experience at this hotel. I called at 2 PM to confirm that I wanted the 3 rooms close to each other, and I was assured they were. However, when we arrived, the receptionist, Abeer, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Despite checking in at 5:15 PM, she informed us we would have to wait 40 minutes if we wanted the rooms near each other. She then told us that two rooms would be connected and one would be a bit far. We accepted this arrangement, but upon reaching the rooms, we found they were not connected.
After requesting a change, they gave us new rooms, but to our shock, these were already occupied by other guests, and we accidentally walked in on them. It was a complete mess! Overall, the staff were not welcoming, not flexible, and lacked proper customer service skills.
However, I must mention that during the breakfast buffet, an employee named Sara stood out for her kindness and helpfulness despite the place being extremely crowded. Her excellent service was a small bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay.

We had a fabulous family stay at Vogo. The staff were so amazing and the reception upgraded our room as it was my birthday.
The hotel is so clean and quiet with spacious rooms and fabulous golf and greenery views and breakfast with wide array of options.
The location is also convenient. We will definitely come back :)
