🌴 An Amazing Experience at Preskil Island Resort! 🌴 I requested an evening package and honestly didn’t expect to get it confirmed so quickly! 😍 The reservation and warm welcome from Mr. Krishna were absolutely top-notch — fast, professional, and so friendly. The show and dance performance were super, super amazing! 💃🔥 Every single staff member was so welcoming and kind, it truly felt like home. And the buffet and desserts… oh my god, so delicious! 😋 We enjoyed our evening to the fullest, from start to finish. A very big thanks to Mr. Krishna — I really appreciate him for his kindness, helpfulness, and outstanding service. 🙏 Huge thanks to the entire team at Preskil Island Resort for such a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully set on a private peninsula with panoramic views of the lagoon. It offers the perfect balance of laid-back luxury and warm Mauritian hospitality. The rooms are spacious, modern, and tastefully designed, with stunning sea views and all the comforts you could ask for. The variety of water activities, the tranquil spa, and the well-maintained pools made our stay both exciting and relaxing. Special Thanks to Keshnee We would like to give a special shout-out to Keshni, who works at the restaurant. Her service was outstanding throughout our stay. She greeted us every day with a warm smile, remembered our preferences, and made sure we were well taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made each meal more enjoyable and personal. It’s people like her who truly make a resort feel like home. Overall a pleasant experience. Great location, nice beach and resort, food is okayish, dirty plates and mugs show quality of cleaning in the kitchen. Not a value for money place if that’s what you care about. Walking distance to outside restaurants if you want to try local food.

On the first day, we were greeted and assisted with our luggage and everything we needed upon arrival. During breakfast, I was approached by an enthusiastic staff member who insisted that I post a five-star review. He then proceeded to perform the rating on my behalf (giving thanks to members of the staff who I was unable to identify), using my device, and also insisted I attached a selfie of both of us with my consent. This upset me, as it violated my preference to maintain virtual privacy. The interaction left me with no room to object, as I did not want to appear rude in that situation. I have since deleted the review, as I had not yet experienced enough of the resort to consider any of the information in that review justifiable. The food is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and the service members are very polite and humble. Some moments of confusion appeared to have been caused by language barriers, which are completely understandable and excusable. Certain electrical appliances in our room, though not significantly problematic, did not function as intended or at all. This was not a major issue, but it is something that could be attended to for improvement. Although the rooms were not perfect, they were undeniably close to it, and not something I would consider a valid reason for complaint. The only reasons for not awarding five stars for service are the pressured review incident — which felt intrusive, out of my control, and somewhat inappropriate, as the staff member did not seem to understand how the interaction could come across as invasive and even slightly fraudulent (though I do understand the positive intentions) — and the near-perfect but not flawless room quality standards.
