I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist. My room was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained throughout my stay. The food was one of the highlights—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety of options. The facilities were great, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.

As a returning guest, I was made most welcome during my stay. The junior suite was exceptional, well appointed, and offered panoramic views of the lagoon. The restaurants provided a great selection of food each night, including grilled and seared meats and fresh fish (such as calamari). I also thoroughly enjoyed my meal at the Mosaïc restaurant. I really appreciated how attentive the staff were – always present, professional, and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The resort is well maintained, clean, and beautifully landscaped. The team at Preskil Island Resort work hard to keep this little bit of paradise in pristine condition. Your efforts are truly appreciated!

Cozy atmosphere. Large variety of food on Saturday night. Hardworking waiters. Clean sandy beach. Clean sea water. Clean swimming pool of 1m. Even kids pool 0.6m and very secure. Friendly welcome. All employees r frndly. Interesting bonfire in evening. 3 main resto:main one for buffet. One for Mediterranean cuisine but should reserve for it. Same for the one at the beach where it is menu a la carte. Stayed for 3 nights and was amazing. Prestige room, clean n spacious. Comfortable. Room cleaning and refilling of water is done till 16h max... So some patience needed. If need clean towel, was informed to put the used towel on the floor. Amazing chefs... However, lack nice entertainment on weekdays. And should re checj their maintenance for fire alarm which got activated thrice despite no fire alarm late at night.... Can recommend the hotel. Availability of kids and baby club...

I booked the Prestige room for two nights (all inclusive) for my boyfriend's birthday and mentioned so in 'special requests' when booking. Upon arrival we were told we got upgraded to the Junior Suite. The view from the room was just breathtaking. At dinner the next day, a sweet waitress brought a birthday cake as a surprise for my boyfriend. The next day at breakfast, the Resident Manager gave us a table by the beach. There were many more little gestures and attention that made this stay the best one so far. We are really grateful for this experience and were sad to leave. I recommend choosing Preskil for their rooms, the view, the food selection, the cocktails, the staff and the activities.

The value for money was terrible. I wouldn't even know where to begin. Just to name some issues: The bathroom wasn't clean, the refrigerator didn't work, and they only provided a water heater that was rusty. You have to pay extra for a suite to have a coffee machine in the room or shower conditioner. otherwise in the superior rooms these was missing. We were moved to a better room due to these issues. However, in the suite, the air conditioning didn't work, the bathtub leaked, and the staff didn't pay attention to detail. The room was serviced but the empty water bottles were not replace until late next day. The bed was just covered up, not properly done. Breakfast was always the same. The same food always. You'd sit down and find there were no napkins or cutlery. You had to ask for everything to be done properly. Some of the pool towels were dirty, and the hotel restaurants weren't anything special. The service was quite poor. Personal did not know the menu. You ask them something and they just panic and remain silent. The kids club was always closed. We tried 3 activities and were always refused because there were not enough kids or the office was been cleaned up. I wouldn't recommend it. The views are great but the location is quite windy. It is a 3 stars hotel that charges you as a 5 stars. But the services match a pension.
