If I could describe this hotel stay in one word, it would be ‘WHY?’ From the moment we arrived, it felt like the universe was warning us to turn back but we didn’t listen.
First off, our room.. Breathtaking... if you find alleyways and dumpsters with feral cats 'breathtaking.' The ‘ocean view’ they advertised turned out to be the back end of a building that looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the Cold War. I’m pretty sure the cats had better accommodations than we did.
The room itself was a masterpiece of bad design. The bed was so lumpy it felt like I was sleeping on a pile of laundry, and I'm pretty sure the carpet was older than I am, with a smell to prove it. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine taking off, which made for an interesting lullaby. But hey, at least it drowned out the sounds of the cleaners shouting at a 7 year old next door because he took towels out of the room.
The elevator ride up was like being inside a very slow blender, rattling and groaning with every floor like it was performing its final farewell. Every ride was an anxiety-inducing experience as the lift shuddered and groaned like it was deciding whether or not to drop us straight to the basement. We got to know our fellow guests pretty well during our 20-minute rides to the second floor. At one point, I thought we might actually have to spend the night in there, honestly, it would've been an upgrade.
Let's talk about the food... The hotel restaurant really outdid themselves by serving what I can only assume were leftovers from a failed cooking show. The ‘chicken’ had the texture of a flip-flop, and the vegetables tasted like they'd been steamed in someone’s regret. The highlight of the meal? The butter packets. They were the only thing that seemed fresh.
Customer service? Non-existent. The staff seem uninterested and bored. If I write any more on this issue my finger tips would turn into stumps from the amount I have to say.
Overall, if you enjoy terrible food, elevators that double as thrill rides, and staff who act like you're inconveniencing them by existing, then this is your dream destination. Otherwise, I recommend literally any other hotel... or maybe just camping.

Very good hotel, the staff that do the activities next to the pool need a raise they make it so much more enjoyable and fun, 100% recommend people to join the beach volleyball it’s really fun. Next are rooms got cleaned daily new towels sheets etc. The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes max away from the city centre where old town is which I also recommend people visit but be careful for scams because I paid €8 for a small cup of pomegranate juice. The people working in the stands are also very pushy so ask price before you buy anything. Food was good, they have extra restaurants in the hotel if you don’t wanna eat at the main cafeteria and the restaurant near the pool had some of the best food I’ve ever had. We arrived at like 12pm so all the restaurants were closed but the reception staff showed us a bunch of places we could get food from and I also think they have a 24hr food place but i never went and decided to order out instead. 100% recommended perfect for people with kids and people that go with friends, they have something for everyone.

Hotel is nice, very clean. Pool area pretty. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team are amazing. They are so friendly and fun. Their energy lifts the hotel. Bar staff, waitresses, and waiters are ignorant and rude, none of them seem to enjoy their jobs and go around with sad faces. we had the ultra exclusive band, we were told sit down and someone would take our drinks order. We saw them serve people paying upfront immediately. We waited 35mins before we had to again ask for our drinks. Our 16 year old daughter found it uncomfortable to go for a soda or water as they again were so abrupt. The staff let this hotel down. Food is average, same as any all inclusive, drink is definitely watered down and we saw a member of bar staff pour red wine left in glasses back into the bottle. We had 1 evening fine dining included as we were ultra all inclusive this was nice nothing special either. The atmosphere here unfortunately isn't the best. We didn't find the area to appealing. Local shops and bars which were few were extremely expensive.

Basic hospitality isn’t met. I’m writing this while I’m still in the hotel. I’ve even tried finding flights home just to get out of here. The hotel reviews are right and we should have listened, we thought we would still book and make our own minds up. 5* are given out too easily. Only half the hotel is in modern times and even then, still issues. I’ve had the maintenance out to my room 4 out of the 6nights just to turn my lights off because they wouldn’t turn off. If a hotel could con you on the all inclusive, then this is it. 1 bar and 1 restaurant for us. Need to pay at the rest. Drinks very limited and aren’t drinkable sometimes, too sweet or just taste like cheap cordial. Food, only 4 main dishes get change each day. Staff are very rude and aren’t happy at all. This isn’t what you would want to wake up to. Can put yourself in a mood for the day. One of the bar staff took great pleasure at telling us, we are at the wrong bar and then just turn around and carried on chatting to his colleagues. (How did he know I wasn’t willing to pay?)
For a hotel with great potential they all need to get the basic of running a hotel right.

The hotel itself is great. In a good location and close to the beach. We were there as a family at the end of October, all inclusive. We had a family room which was in an apartment a short walk up the hill from the main hotel. The room was dated. Patches on the wallpaper, ants and silverfish in the room. The door frame was loose and had to be packed by paper so the door opened/closed properly. Rooms cleaned and made up each day which Wass good. Pools were not heated and no one could stay in longer than a few minutes due to the cold. Food variety and quality was good. Service in restaurants was unfriendly and abrupt. Maybe this is normal in Rhodes/Greece but this was first, maybe last visit. I am being generous with a 3 star rating based on location and food. Rhodos Town €10 taxi ride away or 10mins on bus. This is worth a visit.
