For me I wouldn’t visit again. Food not good at all. Evening entertainment is poor. Sunbeds round pool are nice but most have towels on by 8am and even seen them reserved the night before and hotel don’t care about it. Pool is heated so nice. Make use of your do not disturb sign on room as made starts at 8am sharp. Would say it a 3 star not 4. Much nicer places on island for similar price.

Very nice clean friendly place in a great location.
There were a few bad points which are a bit trivial really but if you are visiting winter time there is a lot of shade due to the layout of the 4 apartment blocks and it can be pretty cool till the sun moves round and then you may not be in the sun that long without having to move sunbeds.
Also there was only 2 tables to sit at the pool bar so if you like sitting for a while instead of lying down you will be lucky to get a seat. There is plenty of room for more tables too.
Overall a good place and would possibly return.

the rooms are large and always clean, the drinks are generous and there are plenty of sunbeds. the animation team especially was amazing and planned lots of activities all day. they were very friendly and sociable and made our stay very enjoyable

Overall positive experience.
Positives:
Great selection of food at buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was also of great quality. With 2 hot counters, one bread counter, salad counter and pudding/fruit counter chefs attentively topping up food throughout all mealtimes.
Food was also varied day to day for evenings and lunch times.
Snacks also food with build your own burger stations. Bar in the pool was fast service and self serve for soft and hot drinks.
Rooms are huge with a great shower storage for clothes and mini fridge. House keeping staff are super friendly and mop, make beds daily changing towels every few days.
Plenty us beds all around the hotel although limited directly next to the pool.
If you arrive late after a meal time they have a cold dinner available so you won’t go hungry when first arriving.
Location is great, short walk to beach or bars etc. or taxi is €4-5 to yumbo or dunes etc.
Shower room for checkout after 12pm is helpful no extra charge although you need to pre book.
Negatives:
Double bed is two single beds which really easily slip apart from each other if you look at them too hard. This is solved in thousands of other hotels worldwide by a simple clip. Totally ruined the ‘romance’ of the trip.
Chipped, loose and uneven tiles throughout the hotel in the hotel corridor areas and around the pool.
Evening area does not have enough chairs.
Not that we stayed in for the entertainment at the hotel. The evening area for a hotel with so many guests has far too many seats. If you arrive after 8pm to the evening bar area you won’t have a seat.
Some staff are a little rude.
Could upgrade the sun beds to be bigger or more comfortable.

Not a 4 star hotel. 3 star to 3 plus definitely. Rooms are the best part of the hotel; spacious, bright, modern and v comfortable. The shower pressure is excellent. Balcony small, but perfect.
We were bed and breakfast only, so for food can only gauge on that alone. It was very poor for a 4 star, poor quality and not what I would expect from that rating.
Poolside and sunbathing there is plenty space, but most of the beds are old and very uncomfortable. There is a pool bar which is ok, but no snacks available as there are mostly all inclusive guests staying ( colour wristbands denote). The hotel in summary has a very underwhelming feel about it, however on the plus there is plenty activity outside the hotel; beaches, bars and restaurants.
Finally our pool view we paid extra for was a side peek, but instead the view was sitting predominantly over the motorway. At first this was daunting, but grew fond of the motorway activity below me over the days, but If not your bag- beware of pool view rooms.
All In all one of the poorest 4 stars of any in which we have stayed on the canary islands over the last 30 years or so.
