Front office service was top notch and world class! Swift check-in with the help of the staffs at the front office. Bell boy and the entrance are very helpful and responsive too. Room given was fantastic and pool view. Love this hotel so much! My kids liked the playground so much that ever time they stay here, they will definitely go for it! This is a paid entry for big kids playground. All in all....it is a fantastic hotel for family.

Great location, nice beach, good service, above all one of the best pool side playgrounds for kids in Penang Island. The resort is well maintained and service is good. It’s extremely packed and crowded during school holiday season, therefore it is best to avoid this period of time if you wanna have a better and quiet time here. Highly recommend for family holiday.

Reception and restaurant didnt syn. Again and again have to aswer the same question such as guest names, room no, age of the children and so on which was iritating since i took 8 rooms (penatlah nak cakap benda yg sama setiap kali)..eventho i hv settled and paid everything upon check in, u thot everything in the system. So rujuklah. The staffs kept giving excuses when i gave feedback. "I tak tahu. Itu di restaurant. Itu i tak tahu..itu kerja reception." That was the best word pop out. Which u dont feel listened. Writting down name of 18 adults and 5 kids in the form during registration, is it the best system u have? Please appreciate guests husstle to get to your hotel. We are fasting, travelling frm far, by plane and then car to deserve such dry treatment. Menu during berbuka puasa are getting boring. Sahur pun sama. Last year way better. Room towel and bed sheet need to be replace lah. Please make our visit worth every single penny. Terima kasih.

Overall a great family holiday here. The rooms are a little dated but well sized and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is huge and has almost any cuisine you could imagine. The bar and grill on the beach is a beautiful place to get dinner. They have some more affordable options like pizza, or go all out on the grill. The pools were busy but we stayed in a peak period. The beach next to the hotel wasn’t a great place to relax, it was full of people trying to sell JetSki rides. Location is great, easy to get to all the attractions in Penang, although there aren’t many nice restaurants within a walk compared with downtown Georgetown.
