If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everything about this vacation exceeded my expectations. The ride from the airport was seamless and the rest of the customer service was above and beyond from the time I reached the property. All the staff were pleasant, hard working, and genuinely kind. The property was gorgeous and the room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The balcony was so large and cozy that I sat outside every single night, where I saw a shooting star! I felt completely safe traveling here as a woman alone and I was able to really recharge and relax. I loved Grenada and really loved Silversands. I will definitely be back!

If you are planning a wedding here, please don’t. Or if you do, please enlist the help of a local wedding planner because Gillian at Silversands is as incompetent as they come. She has way too much responsibility and not enough time or organisational skills to deal with queries for customers who are willing to upwards of $50,000 USD on a wedding with Silversands. Gillian had to be chased multiple times, I had to schedule multiple visits to the hotel because she was so disoriented and quite frankly, as a “luxury hotel” I shouldn’t be chasing YOU to spend my hard earned money. Not to mention, when we decided to move forward, she changed the terms at the last minute with no prior warning nor heads up. This is dubious sales tactics I will not stand for. It’s clear they don’t want nor need my money. As a result, I’ll be getting married elsewhere , where I’ve made more progress in the last two weeks than I have done in the last 6 months with Gillian at Silversands. @Silversands, more than happy to give further details as to how the ball was dropped on NUMEROUS occasions, if you’d like to get in touch.

5 star hotel. My room was super nice. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are super friendly. Service can be island slow, especially if ordering for room service. The beach and water were great. The food and drinks were tasty but were extremely expensive for the island. There are a few beach bars/restaurants within walking distance on the beach that have local character and local prices.

This hotel surpassed all expectations and stands out as the finest accommodation I have experienced. The rooms are impeccably clean, the service is exceptional, the cuisine is exquisite, and the views are truly breathtaking. Every staff member treated us with kindness and professionalism. Our stay was truly unforgettable and exceeded all our vacation expectations.

Because of a positive Conde Nast review, we booked this Grenada Hotel for a relaxing 1-week stay in mid May, 2024. When we arrived we were shown to our Oceanfront Room with an indicated in-room temperature of 92 degrees Fahrenheit! A Technician was called and by bedtime the temperature was at 88 degrees -- 7 hours after arrival. During the night they offered us the adjoining Suite -- a larger room that was at 88 degrees as well. By morning our original room was at a balmy 86 degrees. Uninhabitable! Management offered us a room at their sister Hotel -- Silversands Beach. That room was immediately adjacent to an outdoor Restaurant not part of the Hotel. Relaxing? Being handicapped, that mountainous Property was not appropriate at all. We told Management that we could not endure these conditions and were leaving. After meeting with the Manager, we were offered a $1600 Courtesy Refund against the +/- $8000 we had prepaid. They stressed "NO REFUNDS" and were extending this "courtesy"! With no choice we left anyway and found a wonderful oceanfront Hotel a mile away to have the "relaxing vacation" we counted on (see our Review). Management at Silversands was completely unapologetic about the insufficient A/C, and zeroed in only on the 2 options they offered us. In addition, their "highly touted" Infinity Pool was under construction with 7 workers constantly drilling and hammering that went on until 7:30 PM that first and only night. If you are considering this Property do yourself a favor and consider my review. Have I ever lied to you before? Conde Nast -- SHAME ON YOU! Silversands Resort -- SHAME ON YOU!
