If there was a 6 star handout, this resort is that good. Traveled with our little one off season, and the experience was above and beyond from start to finish. You can feel that the management and staff truly cares about the experience and that there’s a red thread and integrity in everything they do.
Mr. Salerno’s food and beverage experience was stellar, lots of cuisine options not to be bored, all equally crafted and tended to. The staff (at the restaurants in particular) are so well trained that every meal was a pleasure and always had the little extra.
This is a resort that has it all. No need to leave the property unless you want to, really. Rooms are quiet, spacious and with great views. The facilities at the resort itself are top, from the spa to the beach and beyond. Lots of activities from surf to horses and camels and astonishing views. The light the fire pits down at the beach bar towards sunset and it’s 👌🏽
This is a place we will be coming back to with our children many times over, and a place where you feel at ease with your children. Thank you 🙏
Until our next visit ❤️

Stayed in 044 for a week 6-13 February. The cleaners were exceptional - everything simply spotless and always a lovely piece of artwork using towels and flowers on the bed. Food in Spanish restaurant very good indeed. ALL Staff we met were simply wonderful - highly personable yet always very professional.
Special shout out to Youness by the pool and the head waiter in the Spanish restaurant - the management are very lucky to have them on their team....

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The garden, beach and the hotel surroundings are beautiful. We booked the garden view room and we were assigned a room on the first floor looking at the back of the hotel towards the desert. We spoke to reception about it and showed the photos of the garden view room on booking and hotels.com to explain why we were disappointed with the room. They eventually moved us to an actual garden view room after our second night. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful but we had some interactions with staff who made us feel like they did not care at all about our experience. The prices of food and drinks are super expensive and not worth it. The spa is extremely dated and they charge for ALL spa facilities even the heated pool and steam room and they don’t even have the most basic stuff like a sauna which is shocking for a spa hotel. The spa treatments are as expensive as 5 star hotels in London. Our overall experience was good but they need real improvements because it definitely does not feel like a luxury 5 star hotel.

I loved this hotel. It is really outstanding with rooms our of the world decorated in Black marble and more modern style. The spa facilities are amazing.
But I have to say I prefer the other one, for me it has more personality. It is just a matter of what you like.

We visited at the end of November when it was still lovely and hot… but the hotel was so quiet! It was great. Two pools and the spa mostly to ourselves, and I beat my other half at table tennis lots. (Apologies to anyone who heard his disgruntled losing noises). We got room service and ate breakfast out on the balcony and I think I probably put on weight. The pastries were worth it though.
This hotel had so many places to sit. Sofas to suit everyone. You could sit on a different chair in the communal areas every five minutes and still have more chairs to sit in by the end of the week. Perfect for chair lovers (and people who want a quiet read) alike.
