Located right next to the airport. Great facilities. water park, buggy service, two pools, restaurants and a bar. Service was excellent, and the grounds were great. The only downside was that we were in the newly renovated Building 9. The building was fresh but had incomplete areas, with building supplies around the building and was a bit unclean. There was a lot of fresh dust and paint around the place making it look untidy. Definitely lacking the final clean of the project. Everything was great, except for that. Also the restaurant and bar was quite overpriced. We ended up going to the local bars and restaurants nearby, which were priced much more reasonably. I still recommend staying here though as it is a very nice property.

Great Resort to make your vacation memorable. Excellent Rooms, amenities, location, swimming pool and access to the beach..Good breakfast to start the day, and golf carts to hop-in hop-off around the resort..look forward to our next stay..

Stayed Early July, 2024. Family with a small kid. Good: Good price as it includes admission fee to the Water park and breakfast. Bad: ROOM: We booked a king-bed room to sleep 3. Although the room seemed a renovated one and clean and wide, the bed was not “King”, but Double size bed. (I called them from room that it’s not King-size bed, but the front staff insisted that its king bed.(It is NOT!!!Yes it is a double size bed for sure from my experience and international standard.) Though there is a bathtub, the warm water didn’t work.(Only on the shower side.) Too close to the airport (nice to see the aircraft being taken off from close distance): if you are a sensitive person about noise, the night may be too loud with engine noise and cannot sleep well… Too troublesome to call (and wait up to 6 mins) a car service within the resort whenever you wanna go out(including Water Park). Too far to walk anywhere without it. Pool: It’s worth it as it includes the hotel stay(2 days including the day you check in) The staff checks your bag inside carefully(much more strict than any port!) to see if you bring your own(or Hotel’s towels, drink bottles, or snacks(Food), because they have the very rule that you buy or rent those inside the park..(70 bahts/towel, 140 bahts small can beer, 360 bahts pizza, for instance…) So, if you ring those, you will be asked to leave at the front and take it back on your way out. Overall, the water park was good as my 4 years old kid enjoyed it very much.

It is good value for the price they charge which includes entry to the waterpark. Unfortunately everything on the exterior was run down and moldy. The waterpark looks unkept. The outside of most of the buildings had black mold growing on the paint. And then both elevators in the building we stayed in smelled moldy. Scares you to see how the room will be. Surprisingly, the rooms are ok. Not a single sign of mold or water damage. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. We came during the worst rainy week of the month so we were stuck in our room for the 2 days we were there - which felt like an eternity. The hotel is located right next to the airport so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! Overall food was just standard. Breakfast was a major disappointment with low quality offerings. They only offer drip coffee at breakfast, additional charge if you order latte or cappuccino. The food at their beach club was slightly better. There is not much going on outside the resort. If you do decide to explore Mai Khao area, you are better off locating yourself north of town.

I’ve been 4 times to this hotel. I used to like their service, staff and location. I just came back from 1 week with them this July, I realized that they have no interest in keeping a long term customer. We requested for a late check out as our flight was a night flight. We even told them that we are willing to pay, they just said we have no availability just keep checking the website. They took a passport as a replacement for the deposit but the restaurant refuse to put on the room and asked us to pay. The pool closes at 7 and the staff comes and asks people rudely to get out of the pool. The breakfast is not as good as before, very limited in choices. I got very disappointed.
